Actually, it's an M31B1 Grant Tank Recovery Vehicle. Both the 75mm and 37mm guns were removed and replaced with dummy barrels along with a rear-mounted winch and boom.

Thank u for the answer. I saw the same M3 Lee and was surprised. I forgot that they converted some for tank recovery. And I did not know they replaced the actual guns with dummies.
