    A gem of a find. The info on the fat digestive properties of radish was appreciated. What type of oil and what oil temperature? Agedashi Tofu can be made in an air fryer by lightly spraying the potato starched tofu cubes with oil. Common Olive oil spray doesn’t seem to effect flavour. Deep frying or pan frying these at home has usually turned into a disaster for me either soggy, burnt or so time consuming the meal is stressful. Sage advice: don’t ever deep fry at home in a saucepan or stock pot. Buy a quality temperature controlled deep fryer. The injuries are just too life changing and occurs to easily. I’ve never been severely hurt myself but I’ve seen what it does.
