I hear his voice sometimes on 5DGISD. Me beggin on knees for another chance and he laughing at me, but you can hear the love in his voice and laugh. What he say usually ends the bad pattern running in my mind and help me to break trough. Thank you Terrence for everything.
It's interesting to see the way McKenna's views evolved throughout his life. I think he had just the right amounts of logic and imagination to accept the messages of the Mushroom and of the DMT entities after some resistance, some declarations of "It's too weird." But he speaks the truth, especially here. Got to love that butterfly analogy

My fiancé of six year past two months ago, and I am so thankful I got to have an amazing lsd trip with him. He wept and said he understood god. I think one of the reasons why McKennas messages are so easily dismissed by our culture as "nonsense", is that he is talking about something transcendental, which is beyond human comprehension(for a lot of people in the west). This is uncomfortable for the rational, calculating mind to face- because we as a culture love to control everything. If the psychedelic renaissance we currently are facing- doesent get enough attention and debate in the media- it could have horrible consequences for the children of our future! SO important that this channel, and others keep spreading messages out to people- so at least there will be more debates around topics like DMT, Shrooms and other plants. love it

I think we became so certain that after death there is nothing, you just fall apart to dust and thats it. We forgot that the greatest mysteries are existance, life and death and no one knows what are those. One thing is certain tho; materialism doesn't make you happier. What Terence says about shamanism is a beautiful scenario so fascinating just to think about it. It maybe wrong but for sure better then the lifetime frustration of materialism.

Can someone help me? How can I overcome the materialist paradigm (which itself is just a belief system)? I am by no means someone who describes to this view of the world, but because I was not rooted enough in my world view and experiences I got shaken up to the point where I am unsure on how to find back the connection to the universe and to the creative source... I feel a bit lost, would love to seek some help on how to restore that faith and spiritual connection :)
To be honest you cant overcome this paradigm and you dont't want to. we are not hippies. You have to deal with it. Live in this world, be the best citizen you can just to make sure nobody will ever expect you to be a secret rebel and enlightement seeker. Get rid of your ego from time to time, talk to yourself, listen to Terence until you feel you dont have to anymore. Be kind to your friends, smoke a joint from time to time and look for opportunities to change your life one bit at a time. Say yes to adventures. To achieve the goal you must forget it in a way. Take it to your subconcious sphere. Be patient.

Depends on how you die. I've seen animals put down and you can tell by their eyes that it more than stung. People too taking their last breath or knowing it's the last time they'll see you, and it ain't pretty. Not that I disagree with shamanism, but how you go is circumstantial in terms of if it's a good send off or not. In shamanic times, you'd only die of old age or via some jungle based ailment, and they'll have had ceremonies for those.

I believe the disbelievers spend a considerable amount of time in the waiting room before zooming off. That is essentially Hell, if you never took the afterlife seriously. And it is true that we are saved by our beliefs because imagine the shock and trauma of a person whose just died and has become more alive than ever. Imagine the confusion and the amount of time and practice it would take for them to adapt. Forget learning to walk, it's like learning to breath again in harmony. We are saved by our beliefs.
Time is only an issue for the living.
