Live and work in Edmonton. Have done quite a lot of work around these builder homes and can confidently say that I’d never buy one. Usually super low quality and overall a painful living experience.
This guy is laying it on thick, me and my buddies would make fun of this dude for talking like this. I rarely hear Albertans talk like this for real unless they're joking
Our city will soon be like the Vancouver / Toronto . Shit becomes unaffordable for the average person/ family . But hey keep letting more people Into the country .
Yup. Helped frame plenty of homes in Edmonton since 2017... Generally they really are not built to last more than 30yrs. Homes should be built to last a lifetime.
I follow this property info one day I definitely need to buy my standard only $ 1,000,000 I want to have a swimming pool, a large yard can be used for gardening and a large car garage
That'd be worth it. "Ghetto" in Edmonton is just weird people around at most. Plus if houses like this are around, it means gentrification is happening meaning the value will only shoot up😭
Do you actually get your own backyard? If not, a balcony WILL NOT CUT IT for a townhouse. Ummmm and missing the 3rd bedroom....that's a HELL NO. You are paying for the neighborhood, and the 4 car garage....who has 4 cars in this market 😅
another condo complex with super low condo fees. Owners will wake up in 30 years with an reserve fund lacking the required funds since they will have to fix all the issues that arised over the years.
The top coat of asphalt is not down until all units are finished. When buying, you paid for your portion of the top coat in the price of your house. The developer needs to place this money in a trust controlled by the association in case the developer declares bankruptcy. This happened to where we live.
4 car garage is nice, but $660,000 for a townhome is a tough sell.
660k to hear your neighbours fights through the walls. On both sides😅
@@tydatv2674 Yea, this price is insanity
Yup, not a chance. You could buy a property just outside the city and build the same house for the same or less money.
You could live in a really nice house on an acreage in rural Alberta for that much.
For that much the walls must be thick… like what else are they spending so much money on that they need this huge profit

Yup. Canadian here. I live in Leduc. And homes are just getting just more and more expensive. It sucks
Same cardboard houses and endless list of issues
The fact that the bed faces a broken up wall with two doors, and the dining table does not properly line up with the wall would drive me WILD!
And here I am trying to sell 1700 sqft bungalow for 300k.
Just want to walk away from Edmonton.
$300k is dirt cheap
I’m a Albertan and this is the first stereotype Canadian voice I’ve heard

nah fr

I wonder how snow removal would be for the roof top balcony
Not to mention the rain
imagine buying a townhouse for over 600 grand lmao. only absolute brainlets do this
Imagine buying a 2 bedroom townhouse. Now, imagine buying one for 660k
This home is beautiful. Just too expensive lol
How much?

$2000 per month can put a lot of nails through a lot of wood... How can you ever justify that price for a wooden box?
See through stairs is just a horror movie issue for me .
Very nice, buuuttt you know it costs a ton because there hasn't been a single reply to anyone thats asked😂
These places are built with packing tape and toothpicks, they also cram 2-3 of them on a single lot. Worst homes in edmonton.
These are going up EVERYWHERE in Edmonton. too bad they are so expensive for being cookie cutters.

Condo fees subject to go up by any amount...... No thanks
Really like the modern look
In Edmonton and I have a plant that would like to grow there 😅😂❤❤❤🎉

oh my goodness... I
love it!
Edmonton has houses like that, damn. Looks like I better get saving
you say that until you meet the idiots of Edmonton, did I mention the drivers?
Lol imagine living Deep South west and paying $$ for a freaking town house. So dumb.
AVERTON!!! Killing it!
I can see this place from my deck!!! Dont want to say forsure either but i may have even seen you show up for this viewing💯
Too expensive for a town house. Walk in closet is small. Its in the Southaide. Better to move further south and get something better in Beaumont.
Too much expensive
But
Very beautiful house
Looks like you can't grow old in that place can't fit chairlift in the stairway😂
sorry. not worth $600k
I follow this property info one day I definitely need to buy my standard only $ 1,000,000 I want to have a swimming pool, a large yard can be used for gardening and a large car garage
hey i live in that house now am in a big house now😊
Awesome work, hoping to pass my reca exam soon
A buddy has one of the townhouses on 125st. Those are nicer than this tbh and far cheaper
Such a stupid property. 660k for a connected townhome that u can still hear thru.
Need less luxury, more affordable
Edmonton and nice 😂😂😂😂
that is quite nice!
This ones really nice house, whats the price?
Very nice
One big room, good for a single person.
Isn't that in the Ghetto? 200k tops

Oh, I was interested until it was only super unique. I’m looking for a really unique.
Best guy cuz I live in Edmonton
I literally live like 30 minutes away from edmonton
i did the cabinets in the home your welcome
Missed putting a few in I think?
What is the townhouse called?
Never buy a condo.
Well suburban developments are done lol, gfy
Enjoy your never ending, rising condo fees. SMC
Over priced😅
Pain in the a** moving large furniture with those skinny stairways.
Lmao love the video bro but fuck that townhouse and the developers lol
How much?
Crazy overpriced for something that is built in a few days
this guy deserved more views and subs
Appreciate it !!
About what? Trying to advertise property for sale in Edmonton that most people can’t afford. Only to have crackheads living in the lobby,
should be 500 k max everything is basic
Nice mortgage bro, here's my meth addiction.
Dont buy if you don’t have to
Only 3 grand a month lol probably
$700k
$600,000 for a townhouse? Oof
Can I get the plans?
If you want to own a house in edmonton, no youdont.
Looks like Heritage Landing, is it phase 1 or 2? What's the asking$?
Theres like 2 feet of space between units. Roof top patio is nice until you remember its edmonton and you wont be able to use it 9 months of the year

all these homes in edmonton you sell is overpriced

So sick of that song, its everywhere. Didnt even watch your video, and I live in Alberta. Just thought you should know.
They will accept 500k in months lol
Bro I live in rutherford
The problem is that it’s in Rutherford
HAHAHA
What’s wrong with Rutherford? I think its nice
@@phatphorkIt's not central enough.
The other one I've seen is better than this. Almost the same price but not a townhouse.
Price?
step outside and enjoy the homeless hordes that occupy everywhere in the city!
My thoughts exactly 😂 this city went to shit
They aren't everywhere in the city.
@@MrLEO1353 weird...because I live in edmonton, and uh you are wrong lol
But there’s nothing to do in edmonton😂😅😢
Ur just boring then lol

Too much
I want you to marry my wife
In rutherford 🤢🤢
You need to leave your taste to your mouth and not to your brain thinking that is a nice house.
People buy this crap?
Maximum basic as usual.
Ya 640k puke!
And then you wake up and realize you’re in Edmonton
Cool, but too much black color.
Price??
$660,000
