Beautiful home and the colors are simply gorgeous!!! But I would want a lower level (e.g., safety in case of a tornado and to keep my daughter's cats as they would NOT be upstairs) and a second laundry area on the second floor, even if it's a stackable washer and dryer.

its a slab house. Its in TX. All homes in TX are built on a concrete slab.
