People mostly young kid's who've never played beat em ups/action games hated werehog sonic probably never bothered to upgrade him and get more skills to make it more fun . If Werehog sonic had his own game People wouldn't hate him so much.
The only problem I have with the werehog attacks is I have to press the buttons for the combos slowly, which makes it hard when I always naturally just spam the combo as fast as possible
Also, you can use the Aerial Claw Slash and Spin to gain more distance and moves such as the Tricky Tornado Uppercut, the Sho-hog-ken and the Hurricane Combo to gain extra height
I personally find the day stages to be kind of annoying, and I prefer the night stages. Sure, going fast is fun, but Sonic is really hard to control, which makes it especially difficult to get collectibles, medals, and even hit ramps because they're so small and placed in a large area. The night stages slow down a lot to a pace I can easily work with, a pace seen in almost every other game, in addition, I can beat the daylights out of everything around me and execute fun and astonishing impressive combo moves. Love the combat system. Edit: my favorite move is the sho-hog-ken. So beautiful. Such grace. Such power.
I really love and appreciate this video but I wish you would have shown the combos for situations they were actually meant for. A lot of the ground attacks you did were in the wrong situations like the unleashed wild combo. I can't imagine why you did that on a mini boss instead of a group of enemies where it would have shown off all the purposes for that combo which are (as you yourself said) sweeping enemies in a large radius and popping them in the air at the end. You can't really pop a mini boss in the air although I did appreciate seeing what you did with some of the other examples because there was actually something I didn't know was possible that you did to a mini boss so yea. Anyways thanks again for the video.

@@PaHarris-xi9my I'm unfamiliar if the Wii/PS2 version of the game functions in this manner, but for the PS3/Xbox360 version of the game you simply allocate your experience in to that particular stat.
Honestly, if they ever make another Sonic fighting game, they should really put Werehog in as his own character.
