Thank you so much for this interview. I am shocked it does not have more views/likes. This information is so important! I recently watched a separate interview with Dr. Mosconi, and appreciate the varying dynamics of both interviews. As a perimenopausal woman, with a history of Dementia and Alzheimer's in my family, the information that is being shared is much appreciated. Thank you Dr for your research, and Gabby for providing a platform to share.

@@GabbyReece I am in Peri, athletic and appreciate hearing quality information and research specific to women’s physiology. There are all kinds of (whack!) opinions out there, but I really listen to these pioneers like Dr Mosconi that are out in front! It is powerful to learn what I can do - lifestyle, mind, body, spirit…to stay a healthy woman till the end. Thank you for all you do!

I am a 54 year old woman who has been experiencing the effects of perimenopause, menopause, and now post-menopause. This can go on for years! 😮 Finally, I’ve had enough. I have been researching and learning all I can so I can go in with knowledge when I talk to my doctor at my next appt. Beyond that, there is so much I can change in my own lifestyle to make my life easier , which I am implementing now. Better late than never! Thank you for this interview with this lovely, intelligent woman. ❤

Dr. Georgia Ede just published her book, Change Your Diet, Change Your Life.
Also, Dr. Elizabeth Bright is an American whose been living in Italy for years...and has written 2 books, Good Fat Is Good for Women, Menopause. She just published her other book, Good Fat Is Good For Girls (Puberty and Adolescence).
Both of these doctors have some great interviews on UA-cam. You might find some helpful ideas from them.

Oh my gosh, I was married to a very narcissistic man. Hopefully, that 13yr never ending divorce has gotten his DNA out of my body.😬 I just turned 70, but have been eating a Carnivore diet for 5yrs now. Best thing I ever did for my whole body, but very much noticed how much it helped my brain/memory.
    Good interview!😊
