Im completely unimpressed with him. No hate but i dont see it at all. Same with Vlad. He looks like Mr O on ig and looks like he needs 3-4years of offseason to be what he presents on ig. Context here, both those guys are talented bodybuilders and high level. But Olympia level competition? No not even.
By 3 hour of cardio he means split 3 times an hour each time . Jay and Ronnie did at least 2 hour split . Samson the last 2 prep was doing 45 minutes treadmill .jay was doing one of those hour Steermill. There’s a big difference. That’s part of suffering + low carbs ✌️
Too Much cardio for taking so many drugs it don’t take hours of cardio to get in shape!!!!

I’ve said it from the beginning years ago with who started his podcast and hostile that we don’t know what goes on behind closed doors, and behind the business and the seats there is something that these athletes do not like about who and the way he operates and run his businessthe beginning of what could be the end I think there’s a lot more there than we know
Quinton has it all. Height, structure and something rare among the open pros, calves and forearms. Makes such a difference when these are developed. Hope we see him in shape.

When Samson kept pushing that his wife prepped him man then yikes. Is he being controlled by his wife? Is he scared of his wife? Or maybe his wife wants to start a coaching business that's why he's been saying his wife did his prep and whatnot? Honestly even if she was a past competitor males and females prep drastically different. I don't believe for a second that his wife has anything to do with his prep other than making his meals.
Idk what Samson's smoking but it's honestly his loss not sticking with arguably one of the best coaches in the ifbb currently. Note I said "one of the best" not just "the best".

Milos is a class act! And Lately we all got a small glimpse of the state chaos that is really going on in Samsons head. This Arnold Ohio, was where we finally got to know the real Samson - the emotional Drama Queen.

As a perfect example of how little samsons willing to suffer, when his body was shutting down, I bet my girlfriend that this was the first time in a prep he had actually pushed. He is probably just feeling what 99% of people feel in prep. Lo and behold, nothing was wrong. He is so unaccustomed to hard work he thought the normal sensations of suffering in a prep were life-threatening.
Martin deserved to be at the Arnold UK at least.

I'm hoping in conspiracy mode and saying Fouad said that on his podcast to try and make it seem like Samson has spoke to a bunch of coaches when in reality yes its only Neil Hill. I think I've heard it 2-3 times out of the Hostile/Samson camp and friends now. Love Samsons being respectful, and I also love Fouad trying to cover his tracks. BUT I wear 3 hats because I love you catching this shit like I did and putting it clip by clip and hopefully he sees it and is just like "well damn, I ain't as slick as I thought" 😂😂 shit like this makes bodybuilding fun. It’s not just the physique that needs a break. More so it’s the mind, we see the cracks forming with Samson because of this.

I find it so weird that Samson got beat by Hadi … and it’s like it was a house of cards ultimately. I do question if Samson was actually doing what Milos instructed. It seems his wife was very influential and probably filtered Milos’s instructions. Milos seems like a “fall guy” for Samson at this point.

If Samson want to reach that next level then he has to listen and follow what his coach instructs him to do cause by the sounds of it he doesn't seem to follow the plan 100%
If you listen to all of the commentary James is saying that he self-coached himself and even Regan said no to the insulin protocol. Milos likes everyone to be big and full...and by his own admission he did this in his own career quite a bit. Samson is just going to need a coach who is more forward thinking and has worked with other dark skinned athletes. As a black athlete, sometimes insulin will make us way less sharp due to insulin resistance. Milos and Samson had quite a lot of shows to get it together, and wheh the IFBB VP says conditioning yet again and doesnt even comment pose by pose, the writing is on the wall that a change is needed. Samson made a ton of improvement with Milos and now its time for someone else to take him to the next part of the journey.

Martin has built an impressive physique, but it has cost his midsection. Especially on stage he has the same problematic abdominal area that we see with Hunter and Stu among others. It’s a combo of a lack of deep detail and a bit of distention. It takes away from the overall physique.

I think Samson is one of those guys who is told to do something, and then he asks his wife what he should do. He then does what his wife tells him to do. That's why he's no longer with Milos.
This all drama for Samson. Milos is Old School for getting in shape. All these shows with cardio, dieting Samson would HAVE to be shredded if he was following the protocol. This is NOT a carb up issue the day or 2 before the show. Samson still has fat to lose so he must not be doing everything to the T plus his wife is meddling with Milos's coaching.

Milos athletes improve and get bigger but his athletes usually don't bring that super crisp conditioning
Behrooz begs to differ 😂 Milos right now certainly has more of reputation lately for bringing guys in much bigger and adding muscle. It’ll be interesting to see because Samson’s physique I believe is difficult to manage in terms of staying full enough while getting inside out. It goes to show how good of job Mel does also as she did the last minute stuff for the European shows last year
