Hi Steve. Thank you for the nice video. Hope your grandson is still enjoying his football. I have been watching a lot of old Glasgow Rangers games from the 80s and 90s. I enjoy the game from those days much more than todays game, but it also brings a tear to my eye because the Rangers like that will never return... Cheers from South Africa

Hi, thank you for your very kind comments, yes, my Grandson is very much enjoying his football, he is playing today in a Cup semi - final with his team, he is also doing very well with the Regional Represenative team, as well as Manchester City, most importantly he is enjoying every opportunity to play. Refence Glasgow Rangers of the 80s & 90s, the game in general today has changed, and not necessarily in a good way...so for many reasons I have to agree with you..Keep Well My Friend, Steve.

Thank you Alex, we have had a huge amount of rain of late, somewhat delaying getting back onto the river, but the high moisture content in the land, and the Sun in a clear morning sky produced a wonderful misty vista . The tobaccos, not sure if I am brave enough to smoke, but we will see.. Tight Lines, Steve.

I don't know about any of the other tobaccos but I smoked Three Nuns in the early 1970's. The tobacco was coins about the size of a 10p piece with a dark centre. If I remember correctly, it had that rich dark fruity smell. Then it seemed to disappear and I hadn't seen it for years. Now its been reinvented by McBaren but it's ready rubbed in a plastic pouch. I've never smoked the new McBaren blend but here on YTPC it's been said that it's nowhere near the same as the old Bells version. Great video. There's nothing quite like being out walking the dog early in the morning. Birds singing with a slight chill in the air with a thin mist hanging over the fields. Best of all, no yamming, screaming kids to disturb everything. Bye for now, Bernie

Hi Edward, thank you for joining Molly and I, yes, Players were notable for their cigarettes as well as their pipe blends, it has been mentioned that back in the day they did produce tobaccos which could be rolled or smoked in the pipe.. still no one has been able to identify these particular tobaccos , apart from the Three Nuns, on closer inspection, those opened do lend their cuts to a pipe prepared mixture.. still, the Sweet Chestnut remains a complete mystery {for now}. Hello Steven, glad you're well!
Great to see you and Molly out for stroll....and training.
The old pathways that were here are all gone , divied up by private property owners.
If you were to take a stroll here now like that, you'd likely be shot, or at least run off amidst a cacophoney of words that shan't be uttered here.
The sight of another person on or near your property is not welcome....stay away!
In fact, there are many plaqces here in the US that if you attempt something like this, you're likely to never be seen or heard from again.
And you don't talk to your neigbors like that, because you shouldn't be trusting your neighbors or anyone.
This whole country is like one big, angry shooting alley, with a love much more for bullets and shaft than people. The same number of Americans killed in WW2, are killed by other Americans every five years by guns alone. The American carnage...a blood stained land from genocide and slavery....very sad.
Anyway...really enjoyed your stroll....take care my friend!

@@3riverspiper1792 well...thank you for that...but I do have to be very careful where I film, especially out in the countryside. And if I am out in nature, I'm usually in some type of park, and you're technically not supposed to smoke there, so I have to be careful...but at least I won't be run off someone's property or shot at, because once you're out of the city limits there are no public places to walk unless it is some contained park, usually small....everything is owned and protected by guns, an estimated 400 million guns! The US has 120.5 firearms per 100 residents, the only country with more civilian-owned firearms than people.
