@@Brainathlete I disagree with your views on reducing salt intake as many research papers have shown that getting less salt does many times more harm to the body than getting more salt than necessary.Salt is one of those nutrients that our body has variable craving to meaning that if we have too much salt our urge to get salt lessens and salty foods become uneasy to eat while we dont have that variable craving to sugar or alcohol. Secondly A meat based diet can be really good for the brain,I hope you do some research on that topic and share your conclusions with the viewers.

It takes me up from the point where I was known as Losser and failure student up to the one of the Topper of my class Within 2 years . I scored 63% in class 10th and I scored 90% class 12 secondary board exam in India 🇮🇳 . Thanks Ron without your help and my efforts I can't stand at this level .
