Once again, major props to you for having the courage to react to a 30+ minute song. You have been picking songs with fantastic jams, and I and definitely into it.
Phish for sure isn't gonna have this taken down. For the most part they realize that it is free advertising, more than someone highjacking their creation and creativity. Rock on my man!!!
“When they’re jamming and taking you all these places….Destination right to your heart❤️ “ Beautifully said! I love when they take a song out for a 30-40 minute walk into the unknown, and you are just living in the moment with them. That connection is so powerful🤝⭕️❤️✌️
I always say you can classify Phish into beginner/intermediate/advanced. This is easily filed under advanced. If you can appreciate a jam like this, you officially "get" Phish. Thanks for the awesome Phish reactions; I'm truly enjoying the ride!
This was my 2nd Phish show. I was at the previous night too. First night's setlist was killer, and this Tweezer blew my socks off. Phenomenal first live experience with the band.
I’m a late comer to phish. I’ve had many friends that have turned me on Phish over the past couple of decades. Tweezer is one of those songs that I’m just discovering in the past year or so. I always come back to it

This was a highlight of last summer for sure. A month to the day later they played an equally killer version at Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountainview, California. What a summer for Tweezer.
What a summer for Phish in general- Holy Blankenstein, how many other bands can claim to still be at the top of their game 38 years into their career? The answer is none. None other bands.

Watching &listening to this on my 35th birthday! I love Phish's studio songs, got into them last year, but their lengthy live stuff can be intimidating for a newbie like me. Your reaction vids are helping me appreciate Live Phish.
I just got into these guys via a reactor who has Lots of Phish fans; they def are an all day groove fest. Maybe I'll get to see them live this summer when we all learn to live with this damn covid monster. For now, I'll just light one up & listen again 🎵
Jamal, you're right. And, your mom's right - it's gumbo! There's something about seeing this band live that fills your soul up so much! And when you're there, in person, the last thing you want to do is close your eyes or else you miss something. I know these Phish reaction vids aren't the best on your channel, but thanks for doing it!
What have we DONE to Jamal, lolol! Look at all the schwag he's got over the past couple years....sheesh. Suckin' this brother into the Dead/Phish vortex, mwahahahah!!!
Wow you going deep! This tweezer is not one for big peaks, but it is solid all the way though. This is hard for the casual to get into it, but if you get it, it's life changing.
Jamel, your reaction after the “uncle ebeneezer” part was better than expected. Love it, it’s a phish thing, you definitely understand, my man. “How many curtains they got?” Also killed me as it is true on so many levels but in reference to the lights CK5 bringing it all together for the live experience. Hope you get baptized in the phish this next tour
Oh man, you earned your stripes with this one. Tweezer? No discrediting your dive into Phish now. You went as deep as it goes.... now it's time to get you to a live show to really get our world.
I was there and this was one hell of a tweezer. Probably my favorite I’ve ever seen. Unbelievable space funk jam at the end. Fish with a P that’s funky to me - George Clinton
Phish almost always plays “tweezer reprise” after “tweezer” whenever they play it. It’s only fair that you do a “tweezer reprise” reaction to follow. I highly suggest from Hartford, ct 6/18/10. You could do the whole encore of “sleeping monkey” and “tweezer reprise”. Crowd gets into it and was one of my favorite goosebump moments at any concert.
THIS!!! I was at BOTH these shows... that Monkey double Tweeprise was one of the greatest encores ever and hands down my favorite of either song I've ever seen or heard.... Also.... are you THE Jay Blakeslee?? :o

You obviously have no idea about liability and how much is riding on these dates. People died from covid and have long ranging long term symptoms. And they rescheduled so get a grip
The intro part of this Tweezer is very unique. Pretty fast and short right to the lyrics. As someone who has heard Tweezer hundreds of times, that was pretty cool. Oh and rock on Jamal
Great video dude! Was at this show and Iv got to say sometimes there is an energy in this world that can leak its way into all the cracks. The lot before the show was incredible, the energy flowed so effortlessly in and through everyone there was no way the band wouldn't respond.
"How many curtains they got?" - Now you need to check out their song "The Curtain With" "It's like gumbo, they keep adding to the pot." - Also check out their song "Gumbo" 😂😂
