    Campground Overview:
    Huddled in a large grove of mature oak trees you will find the perfect definition of Rural and Rustic Recreation and Rejuvenation. LaPanza Campground is full of opportunities to kick back and relax or ‘get your play on’ in the forested outdoors. Exploration enthusiasts will find trouble-free access to the Machesna Mountain Wilderness where hiking, hunting and horseback riding are popular. Additionally, all mater of OHV is readily available out of this campground. Ride-In, Ride-out is your pleasure!
    La Panza Campground is located in San Luis Obispo County, approximately 35 miles east of Santa Margarita. Access is via State Highway 58 and Forest Service Road 29S01. The campground sits at approximately 2,160 feet surrounded by large oak trees and private property. An intermittent creek that only flows during wet weather is adjacent to the campground. Most visitor use occurs in the spring, fall or winter when temperatures are mild. This area is well known for its difficult OHV trails which accommodate motorcycles, ATVs, and 4x4s.
    The campground has seven single family camping sites, each with a picnic table, fire ring and pedestal grill. Each site has a parking spur that will accommodate smaller RVs (less than 20 feet).
    Drinking water is not available. The campground is operated under a “Pack In-Pack Out” system where visitors are expected to haul their trash out of the area when they leave.
    The trailheads for Queen Bee and La Panza Bypass ATV trails are nearby. The campground is relatively close to the Machesna Wilderness which many hikers use during the cooler fall and spring months.

    One of the best 360 cam footage edits I’ve seen! 👌🏻 Great work my friend. Also riding on a motor-cross bike must be a nice break from the climbs lol.

    Man E-Bikes have come a long way in the last year or two... I like how you've even put a playing card into your spokes to get that "extra moto moto" feel... Braaaaaap!

    Very cool mark. I enjoy your clips. Looks really fun. Last time and first time I rode a dirt bike. I crash, took me out for six months. Haven’t touch a dirt bike since 1995. 😂😂. Thanks for sharing mark. 🤙🏽🤙🏽💯💯

    One of the best videos I’ve seen of my favorite trails. Headed out tomorrow to ride. Also about 30 minutes away from there. And the camp grounds are open to camp. But it’s all reservations now. Forrest service put another company in charge of them. And with it being hot and no camp fires aloud not many people camp right now. Again great video. Can’t wait to show my son.

    What kind of fuel range can you get when you ride to the trails and on them? Do you have to worry about saving some for the ride back to town? 🤙

    • @ScoutsOut
      @ScoutsOut  3 роки тому

      I still haven’t figured that out but I totally worry about it out there, I have a small 1 gal I could take with me I just don’t cause the bike is already super heavy. It’s a 30min drive from my house and I spent 4 hours out there riding other trails and still made it home with just under half tank, so it does good I just need to check mileage next time to see how good.
