- Replacing your sun visor is a very easy process, you just need a screw driver! Don't let your local dealership overcharge you to replace it when there are so many third party options available on Amazon and eBay.
This is good for 2009-2014 Nissan Muranos, but I imagine you can follow similar steps with just about every car make and model out there!
I had to learn how to do this, so I thought I'd share the knowledge!
What do you think is wrong if the light does not come on in the replacement visor. I followed your instructions for reattaching the wire clip and both clips are on the left when Zi researched them.
Worked like a charm, replaced it within 5 min!
You’re the best. Ordered my sun visor from Amazon followed the steps and got my new visor put on.
Heck yeah, we love cheap and easy to install alternatives around here
Thank you! You saved me 350 bucks and a considerable amount of cursing and distractions caused by my floppy visor!
Happy to hear I could help you out!
Dealer would have charged 375 dollars in parts and labor to replace the floppy impotent sun visor on my 2014 Murano...so first I tried greige velcro. Then more greige velcro. Then I ripped off about a meter of greage velcro that wouldnt stick to the ceiling but stuck just fine in my hair, and flipped the visor to the side, ALL the time. Then I watched your great youtube video, ordered a 27 dollar knockoff part from ebay, went out to the car with flat head and Phillips screwdrivers, some pluck, and my beloved's moral support and encouragement, and less than 10 minutes later, I HAVE A SUN VISOR THAT STAYS IN POSITION. Victory is mine!
Perfect! My 2013's is doing the same thing. Came in here to figure out how to replace it. Totally going to get a cheaper version too!
Thank you....took me 10 minutes following your video.
Glad I could be helpful
Thank you
Your video helped me out so much thanks
Glad it helped!
This is exactly what I needed to know
Glad this could help!
Just took mine out of a 2013 model. No more trying Velcro. 😂😂
Use tape
Clear tape keeps the other side seated just fine💯
Thank you
