Informative video. However, there is one question that I have in mind... which one is better .... the hobs or the normal gas stoves in terms of ease of maintenance, cleanliness etc.. especially after cooking certain Indian dishes that dirty the burner quite a bit. E.g. baigan bharta.
The burners of the hobs can be removed to a certain extent and be cleaned. The brand from which you have bought the hob can service it once a year to increase it's longevity. But if the kitchen is being used by the help most of the time the normal gas stove is a good option as well. It is just not aesthetically that pleasing.

One more great video. I wish you recommended some brands too. There are hardly any good reviews on hobs on amazon. There are many good reviews on stoves. But as you mentioned in a reply to someone, hob looks better.

The company engineers come to install the hob and service it later as well. So service is one of the most important factors to take into account while choosing a hob.
Any good company that can easily service where you are staying is good. Please make sure they provide after sales services since hobs and chimney require that on an yearly basis to increase their longevity.

The induction hob is not suitable for Indian cooking since the utensils need to have a flat bottom to be able to be used on an induction hob. We will try to make a more detailed video for the same.
Does every built in hobs emit heat downwards causing heating of the shelves beneath the hobs? Mine has a issue like that we spend like 30k for chimmey and hob bt we are using amother ordinary stove for cooking coz of the heating issue. Can anyone help regarding this issue or is it the way it is?
It might be a defect in the hob or the installation might not be done correctly. You can try to get it serviced from the company that you bought it from.

Sir is Elica a good brand? It’s fulfilling all the requirements and so are other brands. Service is also good in our area
Also it’s newly launched cooktop is aesthetically as good as a hob
You can go for Elica if you like.

I don't know different between hob and cooktop
Hob is built in the kitchen slab (the stone is cut) while the cooktop is just placed on the kitchen slab.
