What's the latest time to eat when IF? I work where I cannot eat my last meal until after 6 pm. I usually don't get to eat breakfast until after 10am. Could you please do a video on what to eat during the eating window? Is 16:8 the best? Or are there other times that are just as good. Great information and very helpful!
