I 7-zipped the 4 files and uploaded them to here ufile.io/3lt77 Not sure if you need all 4 or just the replacement NEWEUR.exe There's a readme, a NEWEUR.EXE, a Truetype font? and BIOVFWUS.BIN, which I guess stands for Biohazard Video For Windows Binary.

Simple fix, exit dining room to the main hall then come back and exit again. That way you get to skip cut scene when game crashes

I got it to work by using Creative 3D Blaster instead of the first 2 I think.
