The Defendant wanted to pay $100.00 a month for someone to change the diapers of two elderly people every morning and feed them breakfast? Let's say the plaintiff spends one hour a day doing that for 30 days a month. That's $3.33 an hour to care for her elderly grandparents. I don't believe ANYONE would work for that. $400.00 a month is $13.00 an hour which is an acceptable rate for that type of work.
Right. Im a CNA and I'm not doing that everyday for only $100 a month. Because if need help with breakfast then they need help with every meal. So she probably would've been preparing lunch and dinner.
I'm more disturbed that she has someone come around for 30 minutes and care for her grandparents when they probably need a higher level of care. Even just have someone around to keep them company. I loved being an aide and it hurts to think they aren't getting what they deserve 🥺
For her to say she only wanted her to change them and make them breakfast and that's it. First of all that's a lot and 2nd, what about after that?? Who will make them lunch and dinner? Who will change them throughout the day? 😥😥
I swear!! I’m a CNA & hearing that BROKE my heart. How she said they only need 30 mins in the morning to be changed and fed breakfast like no, if you’re doing a thorough job changing them correctly, brushing teeth, washing face, body, etc, etc. even that without feeding would be at least 30 mins PER grandparent. Omg I’m so mad. Lemme come take care of them🥺😡
Yes that disturb me too. Why are you giving your elderly grandparents and hour of care? Who does that. She sounds very shady nothing is in writing at all.
For me to get my mom cleaned up, changed, she'd wash her face and brush her teeth while i fixed her breakfast, then I'd take the sheets off her bed, wipe it down and put sheets back on, took me two hours. To say 30 mins is ludacris!!!
I honestly think the defendant gets paid to take care of her grandparents through the state or insurance and instead of taking care of them she gets people desperate for a place to live to do the work for her !!! She probably doesn’t even use contracts or nothing so she can kick them out whenever they stop doing whatever she wants There’s deff a scar going on I wish the plaintiff had proof
My neighbor literally gets paid to go to this older woman’s house every morning: get her up, change her, and make her breakfast and she makes $1500 a month sooo
Everything about this case is messy . The defendant portrayed herself as a "rescuer of people in need" but charged people $400 or $500 a month to rent a room . Yet only going to knock off $100 a month to change two elderly people and cook and serve them breakfast. If they had to be bathed and she washed up dishes I don't think an hour would do it. The plaintiff had no records and her offering up the money she didn't owe didn't make sense.

Looks like the deal was for $350 per month which means both of them were lying or mistaken. If you ask me, that still isn't enough to take care of the grandparents every week. That is helping. Apartments aren’t cheap. I HELPED people like that before and decided that I wasn’t babysitting or being a mediator for child/like adults anymore.
@S Days No, it's not lol. APARTMENTS are expensive for some reason I always see them charging a fortune unreasonably. But houses, townhouses, duplexes etc are cheap. Charging $500 for a room? Wow.
@@MalloriaAnn you must live in the middle of nowhere because those types of prices aren't realistic or common in most major cities. $500 for a room is 100% helping someone. In CA, many rooms go for $1,000+.

She extorts vulnerable people and should be investigated by the government for swindling them too. She stands there portraying herself as a saviour to people in awful circumstances like a hero that helps them when in reality shes a damn villain. Shes a narcissist.
We ALL know the Defendant is a SHADY character. No one in their right mind would change dirty adult diapers (even an hour a day, 5 days a week) for $100?! Oh NOPE NOPE NOPE.
She didn't have anything in writing because the cow landlord was using her so didnt supply her with any. What sort of b cow has random people who are strangers, change their grandparents underpants? Cook breakfast for them everyday? Was Queen lady even given expenses? That's despicable.
As someone who did caregiving work, I find it really hard to believe she would agree to pay 400 a month, that basically means she was being paid 100 a month for the extra task. That's far below minimum wage! Absolutely not. I definitely believe the plaintiff about her renting being knocked down to $100. Otherwise, it doesn't balance out
The plaintiff was clearly being used. Anyone who can’t see the shadiness that’s going on this case has clearly never had to give care for an elderly adult or even 2 for that matter. You can tell that judge Mili believes the plaintiff, however her hands were tied because of lack of evidence. Shame on the landlord. Hopefully her child doesn’t come out sleezy like she is.
I know she wasn’t trying to charge only 100 a month to change and feed elderly parents. She is extorting these room renters in need bc that’s robbery to not pay that much.
I'm unable to add this situation up...the Queen has 2 jobs, and works 7days a week, keeps nice houses, but needs to rent a room, that she can only afford $100 of the $400-$500 charges, and there's no record in writing of any agreement? None of this makes sense
At first I was thinking the same as the judge - why is she going to pay extra for the rent if it’s not due. Then after looking at the work - going to someone’s else’s house , changing diaper, fixing breakfast , every day for $100 - and the defendant herself says it’s 40 mins each day - at the least. That is way underpaid - unless she is volunteering, which it doesn’t look like because the defendant is complaining that she was late several days . The judge should have definitely asked about this. If the plaintiff calls the labor board, the defendant could really get into deep crap. For the answer to the question at the end - I don’t think it’s a good idea to sue. The people are working on their cars. I would try to see if there was somehow you could bear the noise , like closing the windows, earplugs, or playing background lectures. If you still can’t bear it - don’t start a fight with the neighbors. You want to live with peace, not at war with neighbors , and then have to worry that they’ll do something if they go crazy. Suing is provoking the fight. If they have the stereo blasting - make an anonymous call to the police and make sure they don’t know it was you that “snitched” . They can hear from the cops , and then comply and listen. Some people are sensitive to noise- in those cases one has to make sure the place they stay is well sound proof , and live in a quiet isolated area far away from the city. If you own the house consider refinancing and moving to the countryside with lots of trees .
I'm thinking this would have gone differently had it gone before JJ The defendant is a creep, a scammer and a user $400/mo for a ROOM and if the person wants a better room they can get one in exchange for feeding and changing the diapers of her grandparents. And you know there's no written legally binding lease or agreement and she's being paid in cash She represents the worst of humanity.
Definitely would've went the same...They (NOONE) didn't have NO evidence which can prove a case...You can feel bad for someone but no evidence is proof off feeling bad for a plaintiff!!!...She knew based off that so playing the sympathy role was her evidence..They both come off as lairs!!!
It's More Going on... She slipped up and said her " Brother rented from her too and put out". The Landlord is doing something ILLEGAL.💯 WHOSE GOING TO TAKE CARE OF TWO PEOPLE FOR $100.00 A MONTH?? THE FACT THAT THEY DIDN'T KEEP A PAPER TRAIL... SAYS BOTH ATE LIERS.🤦🤦🤦
The questions i have is..... What about lunch, a a snack or dinner? And also, what about her grandparents being in solid diapers? Is there anyone with them when she was working? SORRY, i have a lot of questions, it just seems off to me. The defendant is hiding something! I just pray her grandparents are OK!
Im a CNA and I'm not doing that everyday for only $100 a month. Because if they need help with breakfast then they need help with every meal. So she probably would've been preparing lunch and dinner.

THE LANDLORD SHOULD HAVE LET HER STAY FOR FREE DUE TO TAKING CARE OF HER ELDERLY PARENTS...THAT CARE DEFINITELY COST MORE THAN $100 A MONTH... SHE SEEMS MONEY HUNGRY AND A SHYSTER!!!!!
I’m trying to figure out how is she helping folks by charging $500 for a room?? Where I’m from they only charge $100-$150 and them rooms are nice and big. I would know because I manage a couple of them. Definitely disappointed in the defendant smh.
The plaintiff was starting to sound like Rochelle, on "Everybody Hates Chris" except she's the one that has two jobs! 🤣 Can we also talk about about why the grandparents weren't getting their damn breakfast, lol! 🍳🥓☕️
The defendant was getting a ridiculous deal. Yeah I'll take $100/month off your rent and in exchange, every single day you need to change the dirty diapers off two elderly people and feed them 🤨🤨🤨 No. Ridiculous. The job the plaintiff was doing is worth much more than $100/month
I find it very sad and hilarious when people blame their behaviors and choices on their “sign”. Every day people make mistakes, and also depending on your background, upbringing, experiences, and environment, these factor into your life’s choices. The Creator of the universe is to grand to lump everybody’s personalities based off of 12 signs and planets. Lastly, as someone with experience as a caregiver, it would absolutely take more than 30-45 minutes to change diapers, bedding, clothing, and cook for 2 people! The defendant was getting over on that one!
That landlord is taking advantage of people in need. Who would accept $100 to take care of 2 elderly people, especially if you have to cook and change them?? Landlord shady af!
Sorry but not everyone texts. The judge should know this by now. I agree there should have been some type of paper trail but please stop with thinking everyone should text. A lot of folks call eachother and make agreements
Notice at the 13:01 mark the judge ask the plaintiff about "oh you didn't want to pay the price of the rent $500 , $400 ?" and the plaintiff agreed....LOL so what happen to the so called $100 rent..
As i understood it. As apposed to paying 400-500 a month she supposedly would only pay 100. so a 400 dollar discount. So no she didn't wanna pay full price when there was an option to pay basically 90 percent off
The defendant was definitely taking advantage of the plaintiff’s misfortune. Knocking $100 off rent in exchange for taking care of two elderly people is utterly ridiculous. Defendant should be ashamed of herself.
The fact that the plaintiff said “I keep houses”. “I keep beautiful houses”. Tells me that she is constantly getting evicted and from place to place to place.

This whole case made my ass hurt 😭
Am I the only one freaking out that she forgot the "thank you Douglas"?!?!?!?!
Survey says, Yes 😊
The defendant is a scammer, she swindles vulnerable people in difficult desperate down and out circumstances and gives them run down rooms for extortionate prices, plus gets paid pretty from the government to take care of her grandparents abd doesnt do i, she gets the vulnerable people she uses to do it and oays them peanuts. She extorts vulnerable people and should be investigated by the government for swindling them too. She stands there portraying herself as a saviour to people in awful circumstances like a hero that helps them when in reality shes a damn villain. Shes a narcissist.
Plaintiff said she’s had plenty of beautiful homes but what concerns me is why plenty?? That would make u unstable? Right?
The plantiff is absolutely gorgeous...beautiful face
We ALL know the Defendant is a SHADY character. No one in their right mind would change dirty adult diapers (even an hour a day, 5 days a week) for $100?! Oh NOPE NOPE NOPE.
If somebody was changing the diapers of my grandparents and feeding them, I would give them the room for free.
the defendant not wanting to show texts, always doing video calls, & the side smirks really said it all.
If you think you can change both of them and make breakfast in 30 mins something is wrong with her.
I love how they synchronize with their necklaces..."Queen B" 😂
The way people make decisions as adults still boggles my mind.
You live and you learn.
The fact she would let a random person whom she probly did zero background check on care for her grand parents says alot about her😬😒
Her brother dated her.
She clearly said she dated her brother
Especially someone who has always been "homeless and unstable"
Yep, she wanted to rule and her favor, but she legally couldn’t
Exactly
"I KEEP houses" Beautiful houses 🤣🤣🤣...Im crying 😭
I know she wasn’t trying to charge only 100 a month to change and feed elderly parents. She is extorting these room renters in need bc that’s robbery to not pay that much.
I'm unable to add this situation up...the Queen has 2 jobs, and works 7days a week, keeps nice houses, but needs to rent a room, that she can only afford $100 of the $400-$500 charges, and there's no record in writing of any agreement? None of this makes sense
Don't forget she's a cancer and let's everything slide🤦🥴😂
$100 vs $500, lot easier to save up for a place if you have a $400 discount
I love the after verdict with her and her hubby 💕
Not the plaintiff pulling a Rochelle from Everybody hates Chris with the two jobs comment 🤣🤣
I definitely would NOT like this arrangement 😐
I'm thinking this would have gone differently had it gone before JJ
The defendant is a creep, a scammer and a user
$400/mo for a ROOM and if the person wants a better room they can get one in exchange for feeding and changing the diapers of her grandparents.
And you know there's no written legally binding lease or agreement and she's being paid in cash
She represents the worst of humanity.
Definitely would've went the same...They (NOONE) didn't have NO evidence which can prove a case...You can feel bad for someone but no evidence is proof off feeling bad for a plaintiff!!!...She knew based off that so playing the sympathy role was her evidence..They both come off as lairs!!!
the landlord looks like a scam
It's More Going on... She slipped up and said her " Brother rented from her too and put out". The Landlord is doing something ILLEGAL.💯 WHOSE GOING TO TAKE CARE OF TWO PEOPLE FOR $100.00 A MONTH?? THE FACT THAT THEY DIDN'T KEEP A PAPER TRAIL... SAYS BOTH ATE LIERS.🤦🤦🤦
Defendant is super messy with her grandparents. 🤢 Disturbing
The defendant loves playing the victim role!
3:41 "just to change them and just get them some Breffix"🥚 🥓 🍳
😂😂She made it sound so simple knowing that that takes time!
@@80sGal88 right!!!! 🤣😂
😂😂😂
😂😂😂 stoppppp
Im a CNA and I'm not doing that everyday for only $100 a month. Because if they need help with breakfast then they need help with every meal. So she probably would've been preparing lunch and dinner.
They also need to be changed more than once a day
The way that lady smiled at the end told me everything I needed to know!! That lady was lying
In all my life I’ve never heard of someone changing houses they own like they change their draws. Especially ones they own. The math ain’t mathing.
Defendant said it only takes takes 35 minutes to change them and give them breakfast. Then you do it.
100 A MONTH to help change and medicate and possibly feed elders???? what?????????????????????????????? no absolutely not. IDK anyone who would even agree to that.
I was a live in care giver with a client and her family paid the rent all i had to pay is the phone bill and also my auntie said they should have gave me money as well i took care my client for 5 years until she had to go to the nursing home and what this lady did she took care two people and diapers and if they pooped she had to wash them both up and then after that get breakfast and it sounds to me they both was bed ritten and if that was the case she really work and if she had to do it everyday the lady should of paid her then keep it that simple i said good luck to the tentant❤
THE LANDLORD SHOULD HAVE LET HER STAY FOR FREE DUE TO TAKING CARE OF HER ELDERLY PARENTS...THAT CARE DEFINITELY COST MORE THAN $100 A MONTH... SHE SEEMS MONEY HUNGRY AND A SHYSTER!!!!!
She sounds like Rochelle on Everybody Hates Chris, "I got 2 ✌🏾jobs 😅😅😅😅
I’m trying to figure out how is she helping folks by charging $500 for a room?? Where I’m from they only charge $100-$150 and them rooms are nice and big. I would know because I manage a couple of them. Definitely disappointed in the defendant smh.
This is probably the most mixed comment section I've seen in a while lollll some seem to be on the plaintiff's side and some on the defendants
I'm not really on either side. They both seem dodgy to me.
The plaintiff was starting to sound like Rochelle, on "Everybody Hates Chris" except she's the one that has two jobs! 🤣
Can we also talk about about why the grandparents weren't getting their damn breakfast, lol! 🍳🥓☕️
Plaintiff is a professional victim. Takes zero accountability and always has "bad things happen to her".
I almost had a Adrian moment on Judge Milian for that "Queen" comment until I saw the necklace lol. Yes, I was only listening at first.
You can't get someone to let your dog out and feed it breakfast for $100.00 a month.
I love the ending in the Judge's chamber with Judge John. I agree with him. Blast the music when they go to sleep
The defendant was getting a ridiculous deal. Yeah I'll take $100/month off your rent and in exchange, every single day you need to change the dirty diapers off two elderly people and feed them 🤨🤨🤨
No. Ridiculous. The job the plaintiff was doing is worth much more than $100/month
which is why i believe her when she says her rent was knocked down to 100
Why didn’t she have a caregiver somebody professional to help her take care of her grandmother be professional and be a landlord and don’t cut deals
16:08 Did anyone see the smirk that the defendant made? I questioned whether the plaintiff was telling the truth until i saw that.
“No, not ‘exactly’, I’m disagreeing with you!” 😂
I pray that awful ladies grandparents are receiving proper and honorable care. I hope social services catches up with the defendant 😢
Right
They both should have had text messages or proof of some sort.
Sorry but not everyone texts. The judge should know this by now. I agree there should have been some type of paper trail but please stop with thinking everyone should text. A lot of folks call eachother and make agreements
@@denniswithabow annnnnd here we are in court so you should text starting today for your own good.
Never trust someone that wears a fake gold chain with queen as a medallion.
Notice at the 13:01 mark the judge ask the plaintiff about "oh you didn't want to pay the price of the rent $500 , $400 ?" and the plaintiff agreed....LOL so what happen to the so called $100 rent..
Yep.. caught that she slipped up.
As i understood it. As apposed to paying 400-500 a month she supposedly would only pay 100. so a 400 dollar discount. So no she didn't wanna pay full price when there was an option to pay basically 90 percent off
getting shady vibes from both litigants.
