    Thank you for getting straight to the point on your wig tuitorial , a lot of these videos are long winded with the girls talking about themselves , and 15 minutes in the finally get to the point , I've worn wigs and know all the ticks because I'm a cancer survivor but when I try to advice someone who is currently struggling with cancer , and I try to find a video to reference there really isn't any good direct straight to the point videos , and when your wearing wigs due to illness you really dont have the energy to watch someone talking for 15 minutes before they start their tutorial. So your video is perfect. Please keep going with this style platform . ❤❤️‍🩹

      If this not a medical condition you can try this
      Mix Jamaican black castor oil With vitamin E pills and the peppermint oil in a bottle that will allow you to put this on your Scalp Put this mixture on your head every day. When you were in the house make sure to do a hot oil treatment with this mix maybe once a weekI also used vitamin E pills when I had a bald spot which helped Grow my hair back. I hope this made sense if you have any questions let me know

    I'm losing my hair from thyroid issues and have always had thin hair but now, it's bad! I love wigs but have always been afraid to try a lace front wig. Thank you for showing this!!! Gettin' me a lace front right now! If you want suggestions for new videos in this series, I'd love to see one one "how long you can wear a glued on lace front wig" or " how to take off a lace front wig/ release the glue"?

      1. Make sure you take ur thyroid meds at the same time daily 2. Take supplemental vitamins 3. Omega fatty acids 4. Google the “no no foods” for hypothyroids. You’d be surprised at the foods you’re prob eating that you shouldn’t like hummus. I have Hashimotos. When my hair begins to fall out- I know my meds need to be adjusted & I’m not eating enough fatty omega foods like salmon. Your hair will grow back. Also, being healthy through fatigue is super important. Find a gym class bc at least all u have to do in step into class.

      @@TruckieLooks4AliensMmhm. Also look for the more natural meds like NP thyroid. There are also supplements that can help. I'd see a holistic Dr re this problem. They will at least try to get to the root of the issue... The cause. Pharma drs WILL NEVER do this. Laziness, are not taught, and will lose a patient if you get well. I know from decades of dealing w quacks. Soooo much you can do naturaly. Look at adrenals, hormones, stress, cortisol, gut, ton of shit must be addressed.

    • @SlowedSonics
      @SlowedSonics 4 роки тому +7

      Dealing with a standard cap wig reveals a hard line integral to the cap’s construction. Lace front eliminates this portion in favor of a frontline of lace typically from around the ear all the way to the other ear. This allows for the wig to be glued on and creates a very convincing hairline sometimes indistinguishable from a beautiful natural hairline. 360 Lace wigs take the idea of the lace front wig and extend that all around the entirety of the wig, which permits the wearer to have a convincing back hairline (great for ponies, etc).

    My question is, wouldn't you want to wear the wig on your head while cutting your natural hairline? And why would this be a problem? I have so many questions about the statements you made. In your case, prevideo that it makes me very confused. If you're going to cut a wig to naturally fit your hairline. It should be on your head, right? And you should show us where to cut it, because that's what I googled, and that's what came app and in your video, you said you're not going to show how where and why to cut your hairline, I'm super confused. Can you please elaborate?

      I like the glues from Bold Hold, if you try them I would recommend their Liquid Gold. It's very gentle and comes off with water. But no no you don't need glues at all. It depends on what kind of wig you got. If it has an elastic band in the back than you can wear it glueless and just slip it on and off and that will be more comfortable. Glues are only really necessary if you need extra security or if you want to do a specific style. Usually I don't glue down my wigs I just wear them with a band and only put a small dot of glue where my parting is so that it lays flat to my head,

    I just got a wig and I had one prior and I cut the lace way too short I’m gonna try your tips with the doing doing the scissors at an angle instead of straight across I have a really tiny hand so I’m not sure if the cut off a lot of the ear

    • @JannaNiki
      @JannaNiki  5 років тому +1

      Using small scissors definitely helps too! I show a little bit on how I cut around my ears in my video called "Stocking cap method -how to" skip to 5:20.

    Very nice and how should I leave my natural hair in a ponytail or loose because it's my first top lace wig I just got it I don't have any experience with with wigs 😉

    • @JannaNiki
      @JannaNiki  4 роки тому

      I would suggest putting your hair in two braids and criss cross them in the back. Sometimes a ponytail can look like a little bump in the back of your wig.

    What is the function of the lace front?
    Leaving a little lace ~can't people see it when they are close up to talking to you? What if it doesn't match your skin tone? 🧐
    I hope you reply back, as I noticed you haven't responded to the other viewers questions. 🤔
    Thanks so much for sharing 🙋‍♀

    • @Babygorl1209
      @Babygorl1209 5 років тому +1

      The lace front creates the illusion of natural hairline, so it looks less wiggy. If the lace doesn't match your skin tone, you can blend it using some concealer. :)

    • @JannaNiki
      @JannaNiki  5 років тому +2

      If you look very closely you will be able to see the lace, but if done right it should blend in to your skin and look relatively unnoticeable. If it doesn't match you can try to lighten it with some foundation powder or if its too light you can tint it with some lace tint spray.

      @JannaNiki  4 роки тому +1

      I didn't use any glue :) I'm just wearing the wig with the elastic band and it lays really well as a glueless wig

    This might be a silly question but…Why don’t these wigs just come with the lace already cut to the hairline? What is the advantage of us cutting them ourselves??

    • @yesyes-yt7fm
      @yesyes-yt7fm 2 роки тому +2

      well you answered your own question a bit 😹 everyone’s hairline is different and ear positions are different as well. so companies leave the extra lace on to save time and also to let people customize it to their needs

    when you get used to it how long does it take? i've had colored hair for years but need a job and have had some trouble with it, is this something that is time consuming because i've spent hundreds of dollars to maintain my colored hair and don't just want to dye it black

    Is there a way to blend whats left into your skin or will people always be able to know its a wig if they are up close?

    I'm interested in purchasing a wig with lace front, but it is scary to spend money and do something wrong. but I'm wondering why it's even there if you have to cut it?

  • @elfprincess8444

    What wig are you wearing? The part looks very natural. What did you do to the part to make it natural looking?

    • @JannaNiki
      @JannaNiki  3 роки тому

      This is the Jessica long bob from Freedom Couture. I think having a flat part helps to make it look more natural. So after you wash the wig, set your desired part and let the hair dry like that. Then use a hot comb to further flatten the hair and maybe use some mousse to keep the hair down.

    Help! I just ordered my first wig. It’s lace front and I’m thinking that was a mistake. It won’t last as long as other wig types?? Once I cut the lace is it more difficult to wear again?

    • @JannaNiki
      @JannaNiki  9 місяців тому

      A lace front can last you a very long time if you take care of it, I've had some of mine for yearssssss. and no once you cut the lace it's not difficult to wear again, you can wear the wig multiple times :)
