I've recently moved into the cousin, and I can't be happier to have more room for my silly things. I really like how you use yours!! Your style is very inspiring ♥✨
Always a lovely experience watching your videos. I have tried and failed with the cousin in the past as a planner. I have been journaling and memory keeping in various places and I want it all together so I just ordered another cousin to combine in one place. Can't wait. This time I'm not going to be so rigid with myself. I think that's why it failed before! 🙈🙊
I have such a love/hate relationship with my vanishing point. It constantly dries out on me because I don't use it enough, and the EF nib is so scratchy compared to the F (which is too wide). I'm so jealous its working for you 😅
I am on my third year of using a cousin as a journal, and this year I gave up pretending to use the weekly pages and stick to just monthly and daily which is really working for me
I'm thinking about moving from the A6 to the Cousin for my journal/memory keeper for 2024 and this is the same problem I'm afraid I'm going to have. I use a weeks for my day to day appointments, grocery list, etc. to carry on the go so all of that stuff is in there. I think I would really like to have more journaling space though and places to stick more pictures, etc.
Thank you for this! I started the year with a Hobo cousin, then got an April start weeks because that was working better for my brain with a day job. But I really appreciated how you talk about the blank pages - I have a hard time keeping up with two planners and it resulted in lots of blank pages in April. Definitely gonna take some of your tips
Hey Lindsey! Trying to find the patreon video featuring your washi collection page from March 11th (in the Cousin)-what video would that be under for patrons? 😊
Hey Holly, I think it may have been in a live stream with Randi, but I can't for the life of me find it. I can post a picture of it in the library post since I wrote where the washi's were under if that's what you're after?
I didn't use any resources exactly. I started with really simple shapes like circles to doodle moons and things like that. I try and draw something every day and focused on breaking things down into simple shapes that I want to attempt to draw which helps me visualize. I always draw from a reference as I'm still learning - either something right in front of me, or I'll snap a photo of it to look at later. there are a couple years of really poor drawings logged away to get me to where I'm at now and I still have a ways to go!

I hope it works out this time around! I agree on being flexible - sometimes I set rules for myself that just doom how I use a notebook 😅
Love this!
Thank U ☺️ Such an INSPIRATION ❤

Love the Cousin! Thanks for sharing yours - great video!
Thank you! 💕
Your Cousin videos are always such a pleasure to watch!
Thanks for watching!
Thanks for saying the cousin full year fits in there. Was worried because they recommend it for the Avec, and I want to order that style.

Your book isn't chunky! Mine is so chunky already and it's only May! Hehehe! Love your vlogs!
I guess that means your notebook is well loved 💕 thank you!
Looks great Lindsey.
Thank you ❤️

Thanks for re-inspiring me back to the cousin. (For today anyway, lol) The cousin has it all but the thin paper makes me crazy.
We hope you're doing well. Keep up the good work as always.
Thank you 💕
That notebook cover is so beautiful! Do you find that it gets dirty easily? I’m looking into getting one but I’m so torn on the colors.
I love your desk, where did you get it?
It’s from wayfair
Lindsey, you need to block the full QR bar code. That stuff is readable with credit, address, flight info, passport/ID number.

March 5th-sorry!

@@lindseyscribbles that's alright! Just was catching up on content, but it must be lost to the ether-all is well!
What size mm Uniball Jetstream do you recommend?
0.5 is what I used the most, but I don't think you'd have any issue with any of them
I want to do ,y own doodles but I am just horrible. How did you get started and what resource did you use

@@lindseyscribbles thank you. My drawings are horrible but i to want to do my own doodles. Thank you for the tip of drawing everyday I will do that
