Redmi note 9, unable to hear on call | Speaker OK | How to solve without disassembling.

A client brought a Redmi smartphone and the complaint was that he was unable to hear what the person on other side was saying when on call, when I checked the phone speaker was working fine but there was some other fault which got solved without opening/disassembling the smartphone.
