    I am following it since last 30 days. It's really amazing. My age 43. But now I am like 20 years young. Active and energetic. Physically and mentally. Please try it, it's very great benefits to us. I am eat at 1:30 pm daily one meal. Omad means one meal a day. Why I eat at 1:30pm, because 2pm our insulin production is high at that time so I choose that time to eat to easy digitisation. After following this life style wonders happened to me. Starting is some difficulty, if you practice it's a amazing benefits to human body. I follow this until my last breadth. Please try to practice it. Lankanam divya avushadam ani mana rushulu eappudo cheparu. Danne epudu e chaduvukunavalu science ani manaku teluputunaru ante.

      @@SowjanyaNarra first 3 days are very difficult. after eating the meal you will heavy & sleepy and need to take rest for 30-40 mins. fourth day onwards your body will start adjusting. if you dont think about food or eating, easily you can stay with water till 1 pm, eat heavy lunch. (less grains, more veggies, nuts, fruits) avoid rice, eat pulkas with more vegetables. you will not feel hungry till the next day 11-12 am. after 1 week you will not feel much hunger because body got used to this practice. you will feel energized. today i am completing 26 days on one meal diet. Its great. Thanks to Manthena garu.
