  • In this video I show you how to troubleshoot and fix a liquid-cooled motorcycle that keeps blowing the fan fuse. It is common for motorcycle fan fuses to blow if the fan blades become blocked or obstructed. Fan fuses can also be 'tripped' from vibration or if they become too dirty. A fan fuse that keeps blowing can be a sign that a larger problem exist, such as a bad fan relay, a malfunctioning regulator-rectifier or even an issue with the ECU.
    Every case is different, and this video covers some of the basic FIRST steps of the troubleshooting process; stick around as I reveal later in the video what actually caused my fans to stop working.
