These look great a custom fit and you can always remove them if get damages alot cheaper than replace a entire wheel
for hub caps they look really nice and they look oem /quality item
I Just purchased skins from Chris and Jared today. Orginally ordered from another company last week. They came and were not the right ones close but did not fit. You have to send pictures of your wheels before you order. I have a 2023 silverado 1500 20" with alloy wheels. Now I have to pay restock charge. Can't wait to get Cand H wheels. I will keep you posted. hopefully I will get part of my money back on 1st deal. All companies should not charge you for their mistake when returning their mistake.

So is it me or is the outside edge of the rim very noticeable after the skin is on.
Facts you can still see the factory Bright Silver. Skin doesn't cover the wheel very well
I am wondering if you can add some black weather proof tape around the edge to blend in the silver of the wheel so its not noticable?

They look good I have a friend with them she thought her car came with black rims and they was just actually the skins like this they look so real
I have black wheel skins overtop of white rims just like in this video. It looks very good 90% of the time.. However, from certain angles you can really see the outline of the white rims underneath the black skins which maybe others dont notice, but you always will! Just throwing it out there for anyone also covering up a light coloured wheel with a dark wheel skin.
Yup same with my 2020 Malibu. Looks good though but irritates me when I’m close up. But I don’t want to invest in rims so 🤷🏽♀️

You should have made them 20 and 1/4 inches so they cover all of the silver.

Would have liked to see him remove the new cover to see how hard it would be and if any damage would be done by a novice trying it. And it looks like the very outside circumference of the rim doesn't get covered, so something would have to be done to paint that or dress it up. And in the end, its a hub cap. But they do look good.

C&H-- I know you guys are out of Florida, but are these something that should be taken off in the winter? will they trap water, mud, SALT, etc? Do i have to worry about corrosion on my factory alloy wheels?
you shouldn’t have to worry about anything, i’ve had mine on my truck since before i bought it (came “stock”) and i’ve had no problems
I was looking into these... rather than painting my rims... but I can't seem to find them in matte black. I asked a seller if they think I could paint the skins and they think no. Any advice from a user? It would be so much faster to paint these rather than doing all the work on my rims
They use to have both a matt black and gloss black. But the matt black didn't sell to well. So they stop making it. Now most people just paint the skins to the color they like.
Do the lug nuts protrude from the holes, or are they recessed. On the wheel skins. And is there a tensioner to tighten them down, very tight so they won't come off if you unfortunately hit a pot hole.

I hear many people saying they eventually start to rattle then some may come off if the clips wear out.. Is this something I should be concerned about? Also, does brake dust build up in between the skin and the factory rim that will cause pitting and decay? Thanks for the great video.
The older wheel skins (2005 and older )use metal clips which can come off, but the new wheel skins don't use these clips.

@@kinnyboy I finally broke down and bought them. Now with over 200 miles they are doing great with no problems. Even did a little trip doing 70+ MPH and been through the auto car wash and cleaned them up nicely. Sorry you had to lose one... Better luck next time?

Depends if you have to put weights on the wheels.
If/when removed, how scratched up are the rims?

I put these in my truck & now I have to replace a tire, how do I go about getting it off? Can I pull out the center cap & pull the skin off over the lug nuts or do I need to take the center cap out & the lug nuts off for removal?
Can they be removed without damaging them when I need new tires?
They do come off but it can be a little tricky

So I got some covers for my car and I didn't know I was supposed to remove the center logo on the wheel. I thought I'd just snap on the covers and didn't see the instructions until after I already put them on. Is this okay or do I need to remove and reinstall them?
Edit: I bought them off eBay for a Toyota Camry. I've driven around town and haven't had any issues yet after installing them earlier this evening but idk if I need to remove and reinstall them to have the center cap on the covers.

@@fitness.hanna.579if you wanna go for an all black look on your wheels it's worth it in my opinion. They just snap right on so you don't have to mess with your stock wheels in any way that would damage them.

They don't come with black caps.
Why would they have to come off for a balance ?
They shouldn't have to, but depends on who is doing it. Some techs try to take them off, even if the don't need too.

Yes a little, They don't go all the way to the edge because there needs to be room to mount the tires.

Depends on if you like to hit curbs a lot. But these do stay on very good.
