curbed my car & the ring popped out of place, makes my trim rattle when I go over bumps, I put zip ties on it thinking it would do the job, this video made me realise how easy it’ll be to just take it off & clip it in, thankyou🤣❤️
I've never seen rings that are split and have the option of multiple locations on the adjustment tag. Everyone I have ever bought is a solid ring all around, yet today I saw two videos showing the split rim and adjusting tab. Interesting. I do keep losing wheel cover hitting potholes on our freeways so now I always buy 8 of the same kind each time and just keeping fitting them as they disappear. I never see them come of I just get to my destination, and all too often one is missing!
I have a question. My tires are R19 but I can't find any 19 inch wheel covers. Should I be looking at 18 or 20 inch instead? I have a 2016 Dodge Charger SXT.

I cannot find 19" wheel covers ANYWHERE (do you have any idea?) I'm asking you if it is possible to use an 18" cover on a 19" wheel. I've read that it is close enough in size that it can be used. What are your thoughts? Thanks.
@FairlessDave Hi, So you are saying that your vehicle has 19 inch steel wheels , or it had 19 inch rims but has a skin I.e a thin cover which goes over the diameter ? If it is a hubcap wheel cover like the one I showed I would suggest ro go with the same diameter as the tire. If it is larger it might come off. Hope it helps

It would have been helpful to explain that there is a notch in the ring that needs to be aligned with the valve stem notch in the wheel cover. And that this notch must be aligned with the valve stem when placing the cover on the wheel.
He did mention it briefly. I just bought a set and the box also says it. I also recommend not using a rubber mallet like my box suggested, left a scuff mark, using your fist is good enough.
I bought a different style and brand that has a continuous ring. The instructions on the box and QR code video don’t make it clear which way the notch for the air valve goes. That’s how I fell down this rabbit hole of installing wheel covers videos. 😊

I am sure you are having me on 😆 . A charger with wheel covers at 19 inches 😮 . The wheel covers will need to be the same size as your tire diameter.

Cant seem to get mine to fit and the instructions say the ring can be tightened but not how. No video seems to show it. Yours at least mentions one clip is different so i know to have another look. Thanks!
