    कभी समय था जब हमारे उत्तराखंड के पहाड़ों में ये सभी अनाज उगाए खाए जाते थे और लोग निश्चित रूप से आज के मुकाबले कहीं ज्यादा स्वस्थ और लंबी उम्र जीते थे। लेकिन अब पलायन ने वहां की खेती को बंजर करके रख दिया और अबकी पीढ़ियों को इन अनाजों का नाम तक नहीं पता।

    My grandmother did not eat wheat or rice. Her preferred roti was made of Corn (Makki) or Millet (Juwar) in warm weather, Pearl Millet (Bajra) in cooler months, and Missi-Roti... made of mix grains in the transitional weather. She would grind them all at home to prevent possible adulteration at the local Flour Mill.
    She was never sick ... not even for day... lived well into her 80s... independently. No joint pains either.

      Millets help in agriculture keeping land fertile and grows quick , require less water . Wheat , rice are not altogether bad , it is there adulteration , pesticides . That is reason government wants to promote millets also .

    बहुत अच्छी जानकारी वाला वीडियो, आपका बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद सर। हमारे गांव के जो बुजुर्ग लोग थे वो गेंहू के बजाए बाजरा, मक्का , कोदरा, रागी, जुवार की रोटी खाते थे।बिना पॉलिश के चावल खाते थे जो घर में चावल के धान को कूटकर चावल तैयार करके पकाते थे।वो सब बंद हो गया इसलिए सब बीमारियां होने लगी।खास तौर पे ज्वाइंट की। मैं भी 12 साल से घुटनों के दर्द से पीड़ित हूं।में भी अब ये डाइट फ़ॉलो अवश्य करूंगी।थैंक्स

    मानस भाई नमस्कार ।मैं आपके और खादर सर के लेख से काफी प्रभावित हूं। दो साल से मैं और पति सप्ताह के पांच दिन श्रीधान्य मिलेट खाती हूं बाकी दो दिन मोटा अनाज खाती हूं। ऐसा नहीं कभी-कभार चावल गेहूं भी खा लेती हूं। शरीर हल्का रहता है ।
    मैं अपने चैनल पर कई मिलेट की रेसिपी डाली हूं। मेरा ध्येय बच्चों को हेल्दी भोजन की ओर मोटिवेशन करना है।मेरे कई फ्रेन्ड और रिलेटिव प्रभावित होकर मिलेट शुरू कर दिए हैं।

    Sir, everything about the analysis and the content is very correct. One request : in display pl use dark green colour instead of light green colour in display of Positive Anaz which is best. Light green letters are Not Readable. Pl make them Dark Green so that we can read them.

    Food and grains are geographically distributed by nature. Our ancestors used to eat rice in chhattisgarh area since many years but they didn't get harmed with such disease. Now days so many impurities are spread every where to grow the crop. That are the main reason behind getting fat tummy and other disease.
    The person who belongs to AP already used to eat this millets but they also suffered with such issues what you mentioned.... So let the nature as it is take healthy food, self grown food then only you will not get suffered with all this problem.

      Act what I feel ,such videos are having hidden agenda of marketting something .this person has named a person who is also known as millet man .this millet man have huge business of selling these millets .watch their claim very carefully ,they says like this can cure all diseases from body they will never ever can say by confidence ,for example paracetamol we says it cures fever and it will . But their such food suppliment can never do ..
      Millets are very good grain but can't be replaced by regular grain this what even dieticians says in one voice . So eat millets sensibly may be one time in one or two days are good option but don't replace your diet with them as they are very high protein

    I heard first time about this grain and feel its very useful as per Nutrition. Its also very helpful for weight /fat loss and control diabetes plus helpful in many diseases. Good video sir..Need more videos such types of information.

      Sir, more than 80 o/o population of our country eats wheat and rice, which is negative grain in your views. labour class and kissans of our country use wheat and rice and they are physically well and fit. In my opinion, the reported positive grains should be recommended to those persons who do not have any physical activity.

    This is really good information.
    How about quinoa grain. We substitute that one time for our lunch instead of roti's. We don't feel heavy after eating quinoa.

    Traditionally most Indians are eating rice and wheat in major quantity. Earlier these grains were not so harmful because of not using so much fertilizer and insecticides. Can these grains will be used if grown with organic forming?

    Thank you for a very informative video.
    Positive grain chart is in very light ink. Very difficult to read. Pls put this chart in Bold ink.
    -Chana flour, Moong flour and Soya flour fall into which category?
    If we mix vegetables with flour and then make roti...will this change the C/F ratio?

      I think chana, mung and soy flour should also come in positive grains.
      Soy flour I can guarantee is positive grain bcoz it has high protein and less carbs. Chana flour which is besan is also recommended to diabetic people insted of wheat.

    Sir, we are using one normal Aata brand in which carbohydrates is 64.2 and Fiber is 11.4 per 100g. The calculated ratio is coming 5.8, will this be helpful to reduce the blood sugar levels, kindly suggest Sir

    Your information is definitely useful. But how much of millet can we use in a day? Can it be used for all 3 meals, i. e; breakfast, lunch & dinner? Do they cause any side effects in the long run?

      Myself at an age of 80 years and my ancestors ate only wheat and lived a healthy life of 80-95 years.
      These gains are good but for a healthy life eat less, do exercise regularly and remain mentally relaxed.
