1. They still are seen at places or doing the same things that you both did as a couple.
2. They cannot help but watch you and still desperately to hide it.
3. They are noticeably upset when you are having a good time with other people, esp. of the opposite gender.
4. They appear very nervous when you notice and see them.
4. They are considerably full of anxiety when you have to talk with them or just speak to them (sometimes you'll notice that hard swallow down in their throat).

I had been involved with someone who didn't really like me for 2 1/2 years and would use me for sex. Towards the end when I told him I was done, turns out his "girlfriend "started harassing me. To make a long story short, she harassed me on and off for about three years. I believe a good sigh is whenever no matter what point the break up is at, when you do talk they unnecessarily go in on you, whether it be to try and hurt or help you try and fix yourself no matter how harsh it may be. If they were over you they would try to help you when you're in arguments by pointing out your flaws and how you're better than that or what not, they'd cut it off. I broke up with my Ex and went no contact with him over a month ago...Now he sent what appears to be his brother or relative to catfish me online and to date me just to find out information about me like where I'm working at now, where I park my car, how I travel to work, where are my friends and family, and more. Clearly my ex is planning to do something but I'm not sure if he's planning to further stalk and hurt me or not. We've broken up several times before over the past 3 years and he's never acted this way before.
