I have been by the side of loved ones as they passed held hands and talked and I also spent a lot of time ghost hunting certainly had lots of questions. Turned my back on the things that people normally chase. Wealth, family, alcohol, drugs. Moved off grid. Back to basics. Stripped my life bare. Still don't have the answers. One thing though eat well, love yourself, exercise be kind. Life then becomes brighter and clearer.

Dr. Luc Montagnier, 3 years ago, Nobel prize winner, stated that cancer would accelerate as in turbo cancers, even in young peoples.
Currently, in the States, youngsters come in to hospital, diagnosed as end stage cancer, died within a week.
How could this be ?

Turkey tail mushrooms (supplements) I've read are pretty impressive. Filter the water, de-ionise it also. Methyl blue is another apparently. Dandelion root also. There are many. Good luck.

I very much admire Poppy’s stance. I’m a registered nurse too - but I challenge her use of the term “mental health” as synonymous with poor mental health. Having “mental health” is a good thing - like having physical health. I don’t understand why it gets used this way.

When my daughter was dying from cancer I was in prison at the time, an open one so I was getting out for one week every month to sit watching her fade away. I was trying to get her to drink energy drinks and those complete meal drinks because she could not eat food. When I got out I dove right into cancer stuff and other medical stuff(you should see my bookshelf and the equipment I have).That is when I realized I was actually trying to put fuel on a fire. When you see what they sell in hospitals and hospices it is pretty shocking when you learn about it. I am an alcoholic just now as I use it for chronic pain and anxiety and more but when I eventually move house I will stop and set up all my equipment and put all my knowledge to use and I am confident I will reverse all my problems(hypermobility syndrome being the biggest), most likely triggered by Lyme disease I got without even realizing it at the time. You should maybe do an interview with Dom from The Health Bunker in Halifax on how he went from having Lyme disease to opening a clinic up hiring the staff and they treat a lot of conditions.
I gave up on my 44th birthday last week after reading alcohol lied to me and am enjoying every moment of being sober. I was drinking 1-2 bottles (edit : of wine) every single night (more at weekends etc) for YEARS and my life revolved around alcohol.
Uodate: it's been 9 days now and I'm sleeping properly and stopped waking up every couple hours. Keep seeing new benefits I didn't know about.

In Germany, alcohol is deeply entrenched in our culture, too. I've never drubk much but stopped completely at one point and people assume im a dry alcoholic right away, as if you couldn't have other reasons to stop. Also, ive lost a few friends because they didn't feel comfortable drinking with me being sober in their presence. The weird thing is that I've always been more fun and outgoing sober rather than tipsy. 😅 it's really weird.

Each generation has their "crosses to bear". Ours (and I'm guessing you're both gen X like me) was hedonism. With no repercussions. Trying to make us think only of ourselves, and make us as self serving and careless about others as possible.
Where I live now, abortion is still illegal. When I grew up in London in the 80s and 90s, it was like taking the rubbish out. As sick and twisted as that is, that's just how it was. Personally I lost 4 children.

Possibly the UK doesn't have this almost "one stop shop" for publishing notice of a person's death - I refer to Rest in Peace.ie - here in Ireland (it's not obligatory to post on it but most funeral undertakers do, unless the next of kin don't want a posting) - there's quite a few "died suddenly/died unexpectedly" appearing on it on a regular basis. Either of those descriptions doesn't tell you a whole lot but I - and many others - have our suspicions since, in many cases, it is appearing alongside photos of young to middle aged people. (Of course, sudden deaths do, unfortunately, include cases of suicide - I doubt, however, the excess deaths can, in any substantial fashion, be accounted for by suicides).
