It's actually good and before you reply or judge my taste the one who thinks he/she has the position to judge someone's taste and preference are the ones that are actually the maniac.

I am an ex Taiwan rice noodles factory worker and seeing this vid.makes me feel nostalgic.even though our employer is a nagger still i missed my daily routine.from carrying 40 to 50 sacks of flour every afternoon and morning to mixing cooking cutting weighting then drying packing to boxing.damn!i was fast and i can't imagine how i did all that in 1yr and 7mos.the problem was our employer.he don't have plans adding man power.too much women,women can't carry or do heavy task.they're just good in weighing.Hsinchu taiwan ming-hao industry chenggong road #500

WOWZERS! I knew noodle making was work. I remember making homemade egg noodles with grandma. I never realized how much went into making rice noodles. There is so many more steps these noodles go through than our simple egg noodles do.

這是用在來米而做的除米粉外還可以做其他的米食,例如把前面的米漿混合炒熟的蘿蔔絲就可以做成蘿蔔糕;混炒熟的芋頭就是芋粿;直接倒在碗裡就是碗糕
還有如果把在來米換成糯米就是麻薯,染紅包紅豆餡就是紅龜粿
