A day after the top level was opened and they closed the lower level. Today, there was a sign on the door saying the fire department closed the gym till further notice cause they found the gym to be unsafe. My body was dying for a workout which lead me to your channel. On the second exercise when you mentioned about using bands to add weight and resistance, would you guys consider doing a resistance band workout for the glutes & thighs? I have recently brought some and I'm wondering what the best exercises are when using them. There are hundreds of other workouts about them on youtube but I don't know I just trust you guys the most haha 🙂
Alexandra Dékány they do have some upper body workouts using the bands! I just thought it would be great to see a lower body workout using them. I'd love to use the bands after lower body strength to make it burn even more!

HI Kelli I've been doing your workout videos for over 6 months now and I really see good results. But when I started working out my goal was to lose weight and just maintain a specific weight but then you really inspired me a lot I can't believe when I just starting out I cant even lift a 2 LBs dumbell I have to drop it if I want to finish the workout.Now I change it up to 3 and 5 Lbs and make it. I didn't know it's possible,thank you for inspiring me.

I've been diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease so I couldn't do any type of exercise for a while, now I feel better but I can't do any HIIT workouts anymore :( However this type of routine is great for me, short and sweet, makes me feel strong again. Please do more videos like this, thank you!!!

I really miss doing my workouts with you guys! I have been recovering from the flu that turned into pneumonia for the past 2 weeks and I haven't been able to work out since then. Do you have any tips for how to start getting back into a routine after I recover, or any exercises you recommend to start with? I know I have definitely lost the stamina I used to have and it's really hard to deal with knowing that, but I'm determined to get back to where I was before my illness. Thank you guys for your continued dedication to providing the best quality workouts, love you! ❤

Hey guys.. I have been an avid follower of fitness blender and lost more than 30 pounds using the variety of HIIT and Pilates workout videos. I was going through your QnA videos and cudnt find one on the topic of soreness. I know kelly even encourage females to take up strength training which is actually great advice. I myself have been doing strength training for more than 6 months now and have always wondered about soreness or DOMS! A lot of people get soren, particularly after strength workout, however not in my case (maybe sometimes depending). I have done a fair bit of research on it but I would like to hear your and daniel's take on it!!
