I have issues with anxiety over improving my life. I start to diet and focus on getting a job, and I start to break down.

what foods would I have to eat to develop this kind of disorders you were discussing about? When I binge eat a smoothie made of e.g. 10 bananas and 20 dates plus cinnamon it does not only taste delicious, but it gives me energy for hours, I feel great and happy and productive. Later I may eat 1 kg of cooked rice with a whole broccoli with spices (no oil added) and that does not give me anxiety, but makes me feel satisfied and very positive. I wonder what foodstuffs your patients eat? McDisorder?

Thats just rude. U can make urself have a eating disorder. Its a mental disorder (chemical in the brain!)

MajaXVideos I agree and see your point. For example Casein is one of the many poisons in dairy products, which cause chemical disorder in the brain. Anyone who eats enough of it will get sick (including mental disorder, brain fog, anxiety, lethargy etc.). People get sick by eating lots of animal produce or plant oils. It's just sad that there is no warning label on dairy products. Such misinformation is more than rude, it's a misleading practice of the meat & dairy industry and irresponsible of doctors and nutritionists not to warn people about the risks. Instead patients are stuck with vague talking and off topic theories and will not get any helpful lead that can change the cause of their suffering.

Vegans get eating disorders too~ "going vegan" was a huge part of my anorexia relapse and led to binge eating. So please take your ignorance and preachy veganism somewhere else.

Freelee The Banana Girl. She's definitely suffering from bulimia nervosa. Who the hell drinks a 20 bananas smoothie for breakfast, with syrup in it too? Afterwards she would get a huge belly, like 5 months pregnant belly.
Afterwards she exercises like crazy to be able to not gain weight.

For me eating disorders are things that don’t just affect your bodies but maybe your social life or how you feel about yourself ....
If you are eating that much feel fine don’t feel ANXIETY
      Then you okay
      If you do
      Have an anxiety about eating
      Etc
      Problem
      X
