I really wish Disney would admit that they're movies were terrible. The actors and writers have been outspoken about the daily script changes. Finn didn't know he wasn't a Jedi until he went to the premiere. Some producer floated the idea of Rey and Palpatine being related at the end of filming and they just through it in the movie. The actors and writers had no idea and said it was never part of the plan. It's not nostalgia people are holding on to. I've watched so many interviews I can list about 50 changes made well filming. That is how and why you end up with a terrible storyline and a very poor plot. This isn't anyone holding onto their childhood memories because the mandalorian proves all audiences respond to a great plot and well written story.

Ewan McGregor felt like a young version of Alec Guinness. James Arnold Taylor sounded like McGregor and Stephen Stanton sounded like Guiness. Really impressive overall

I really admired him since I am young. He passed all of his trials and life. That's why the Forces and even his old master greatly acknowledge him, so the Force give him a great calling in his life. He is the one that truly brought Hope.
Man saved a universe with love and basically giving up any power. George wrote the perfect opposites but both are the exact same emotional personality, Anakin was misguided and manipulated with no real father or mentor who understood him, just his brother who tried to do his best. Luke had Yoda and Kenobi both literally learned from their time with Anakin and everything they did wrong and made sure to not fuck up with Luke. Anakin directly changed the Jedi order for Luke to carry the torch of, just for Disney to say Luke would kill his nephew Padawan over a bad dream god it's a travesty what they did to the simple perfect story of Lucas

They existed, still on the exile so noone knew of em. They were acknowledged as dead. Vader slaying Obi Wan limited their numbers to just a few.
Kanan and Jocasta are dead by a ANH. Quinlan and Kal are unknown. Ezra disappeared. Ahsoka’s whereabouts are unknown, but she does meet Luke.

I really admired him since I am young. He passed all of his trials and life. That's why the Forces and even his old master greatly acknowledge him, so the Force give him a great calling in his life. He is the one that truly brought Hope.
Seeing Luke emerge from the smoke when Obi-Wan said there will be “a new hope” did something to me
Man saved a universe with love and basically giving up any power. George wrote the perfect opposites but both are the exact same emotional personality, Anakin was misguided and manipulated with no real father or mentor who understood him, just his brother who tried to do his best. Luke had Yoda and Kenobi both literally learned from their time with Anakin and everything they did wrong and made sure to not fuck up with Luke. Anakin directly changed the Jedi order for Luke to carry the torch of, just for Disney to say Luke would kill his nephew Padawan over a bad dream god it's a travesty what they did to the simple perfect story of Lucas

@@amuroray9115 everything has issues. But if you need something extra to like something then you dont really like it to begin with. The prequels make you invested in the era, the era shouldnt make you invested in the prequels because the prequels are what started it
@@robertogurrola7465 I watched the prequels as a kid back in 2003. Years later, I rewatched them. Thanks to the OT mentioning the “Clone Wars”. I was invested the era overall. But prequels had numerous issues that were hard to ignore.
Nothing is stopping someone from changing their mind on them years later.
@@amuroray9115 I always loved the prequels as a kid and still today while I was expecting to find it shitty after all the negative fudge about those when I became adult. I still don't understand those so called "issues". It's logic, vast, epic music, epic Scenaries, epic fights, mature problematics, characters development on years, several backgrounds on parallel That converge at the end, dramatic epic heartbreaking end with the future Vader... Well I don't see what's wrong. It's what is closer to games and legends.
I only heard about people not liking jar jar binks and the midichlorians that I suspect comes from old people that didn't like the 3D and jokes (but there was little puppets in the original) and extremist believers that didn't like the science instead of the "faith" of the force in a country that had 3/4 of creationist dickheads at that time in the US.
I really hope we get to see Grogu grow up and become a fearsome Jedi warrior like Yoda.

Same here, the whole feeling of the twilight of the Republic is so melancholic looking back on it. Clone Wars are far less exciting and more tragic.

He never forgot. Obi-Wan and Yoda are the Empire's literal most wanted. They isolated themselves until that New Hope was ready to confront the Empire. Obi-Wan on Tatooine watching over Luke and Yoda on Degobah to train Luke when he was ready.

Rebels had a character based on that making a whole show on it is pointless
This should make a series where the surviving Jedi from order 66 me up and make an establish a new Jedi Temple and I'm pretty sure they have many other general temples that was not discovered like in Star wars rebels there was an underground Jedi temple

That was very emotional for me. Idk why but i forgot how long its been since he made that message. Almost 20 years in our time now. And even though its fiction these characters marked parts of my life, trials and tribulations. They keep us going and remind of of the light times and the dark struggles.
