All this development sounds great .. until you realise this property has a vacant lot right next door, and some pretty run down old houses next door. How many years are you going to have to suffer with construction work next door ? Pay 23.5 million+ and you won't be able to enjoy it in peace or privacy for 5-10 years ?? no thanks.

The architect did an amazing job getting the most square footage out of a fairly small oddly shaped plot of land. Enes did a great job showing the house to its full potential.

Hey Enes, can you return to showing a floorplan when you go from room to room? Due to its placement, this house has an intricate layout, so a floorpan would really help us orient ourselves. Another excellent tour. Thank you for the must see content.

This house is incredible! It's amazing how vastly different homes can be in the same city. Thinking about this house compared to the downtown loft you guys just shot - it's amazing how both of these places are within eight miles of each other! Amazing video :)

This house does two things very right: accessibility, and light. Lazy Susan in the driveway. Two-sided commercial elevator that hits the chef's kitchen, laundry and master closet. Ultra wide staircases/external staircases. Terrific atrium that lights nearly the entire house naturally. Architects take note.
There were 2 bedrooms without natural light though. That's a total no-go

Wow, this is easily your best home tour. Amazing house. Incredible architecture, well shot and edited. Really good flow and pacing, not rushed but covered everything in this enormous house. No useless commentary but very informative. Well done. More like this please!

I am so a kitchen person, it is the one part of the house that makes it or breaks it for me. I have not been as excited for a kitchen in a while, this house definitely has one of the best seen on this channel and UA-cam in general. Both the clean and dirty kitchens are top notch. This house has a lot of really thoughtful details, such as the car turner and the corner jacuzzi. However, it does lack TVs and a bar/kitchenet on the 3rd floor, which is practically a social floor. WAs I the only one waiting for the developer to introduce his dog? That puppy was a beautiful brownish red color!

This is the first house that I think has been valued appropriately. The design of it is stunning, the fixtures and fittings are very well done and the views and location are phenomenal. Very nice presentation. I saw another LA property video the other day and thought - this does not even reach Enes and his crew to the knees. You guys obviously aim for perfection.
The house is really nice - the views are great - but I would be worried about the privacy after they build the house on the empty plot next to it. The price is astronomical, but it seems to compare well to some of the more expensive homes.

Beautiful house Enes thank you for the tour. Question for you regarding the shower and it’s view to the pool. Are there descending blinds? (I couldn’t detect any). If your guests are sitting around the pool and you need to shower, seems very exposed!! 😉🤗
Besides being a beautiful home, It's noticeable that the construction is well well done. I even noticed the recessed overhead fire sprinklers in all rooms, great addition considering the hillside location.

Need to show how the house looks when you enter from the garage, because that's the way that most homeowners do it most of the time. For some strange reason, architects don't seem to care about this and garage entries are always dull.

really nice house but that hillside is so steep. Every time is rains you have to worry about mud erosion.

It’s beautiful however I don’t know if I would pay over $20 million for a house on top of a bunch of concrete piers on the side of a mountain. Especially one where the neighbour above you seems to be barely holding onto the hill for dear life.
