Yea, is DREAM ! VERY INCREDIBLE ! but there is a significant minus is the view. Boring view of the desert mountains with houses. The city is not visible at all.

This is the best house I've ever seen on your channel. Even the $100M homes sometimes look a little bit cold; I like the wood and darker tones warming everything up. This place actually looks like a home while still being an architectural masterpiece.
No way… Way smaller houses that are much nicer.. That is of course the design and warmth of the home. A there is a “life style” than there is a home that is meant to be warm and cozy not cold like steel.

Really? A work of art? I mean... Behind the thin surfaces of Italian marble, French woodwork, German stucco, Greek mosaic, all the imported stuff to make it needlessly expensive. The house itself is just concrete slabs with steel and glass imported from China. There is no architecture, no real design.
If this house was on ground level in the city, it would be your local minimart with a car wash. American "luxury" is just about big empty spaces. Who wants to live in an empty hotel. Walking 10 000 steps a day inside your own house. There is no happy family with 3 kids that are going to live in this space. These are almost never actually LIVED in. They are just investments for the rich to put their money into.

Now this is what I call a dream house....man seriously in love with this mansion.....the only problem with this house was the gym, it was small....
It’s so hard to say which of these homes are best. You kind of get lost or absorbed in whatever home is being shown. This home definitely has a masculine feel, but it’s very elegant at the same time. I can’t imagine ever being on a home like this but it can’t hurt to dream! Thank you for these great presentations!

A better house than “The One”
The One was really upsetting for me to see. Which is a shame, since I'm a fan of Paul McClean, the architect. His name will forever be tied to that white elephant.

If there was a demand for a homevthat big, billionaires would have homes that big being built for them and would wait and hope that a developer comes along and builds a home they . The mega wealthy don’t boperate thatvway. F they wantvsomethingvand itvdoesn’t exist, they have it built. But no mega billionaire was having a house as big as The One, which is a statement that there isn’t any demand for a monstrosity that big. BTW - when did bowling become part of the Kifestyle of The Rich & Famous that the mega wealthy have to have a bowling alley at home? The two highest price ever paid for homes in California took place recently: Jeff Bezos $165M purchase of the Warner/Geffen estate and Lachlan Murdock’s $150M putchase of the Kirkeby/Parenchio estate and the fact that neither had bowling facilities didn’t stop the buyers from buying at those prices. BTW - if bowlibg is such a big thing among the wealthy, were do all the wealthy who buy homes with no bowling facilities go to bowl? I know of no upscale bowling facilities in Beverly Hills or no bowling country clubs.

This is very true. 18,000 sqft, whilst very large, can feel homely. It’s when you see these 30,000 sqft ones or the horrific “The One” 🙄 at 105,000 sqft that you realise too big is too big.

This house deserves at least 1 hour tour😍 Enes, I was told you at another video’s comment; If you could make extended (longer versions) videos of these tours in another channel; I’m sure lots of people would watch them too with same pleasure🥰 I think at least you may consider to do this for iconic/historic/unique properties😉

OMG... This home is absolutely amazing. Every part of this estate was thought out carefully planned and methodically built by craftsmen of every trade. The day time tour was amazing, but, the night time tour was epic. To the architect, you design is brilliant. You captured the breath taking views, with walls of glass and brought the out doors in with massive automatic glass doors. I could go on and on. 45,000,000.00 seem like a deal. The 1/2 court tribute to Coby Bryant with his team mates was awesome and emotional for me. Great job Enes Yilmazer! Thank you for sharing this fine estate.
