This house has been for sale forever and while it is my absolute favorite. It's not 23 million nice. Crammed in between two other houses. It's THREE BEDROOMS. THAT office can't be a bedroom. Bushes ruin the view up top and wouldn't want someone swimming up to my room. Turn down the music please. Always been my favorite house but these are the things that really just would keep me from ever purchasing something like this if I had the money. No garage either? 23 million???? Nope
This home was sold, suggesting it was "twenty three million nice" for someone. The home is located up in the Bird Streets so sitting between two other homes is to be expected. Given several of your comments I can't help but question if maybe you were referring to an entirely different home. For instance, there is absolutely a garage. It is an underdrive located below the main entrance directly off the street.
