Hi, my name is Christos. I'm a radio producer in Athens, Greece. Half of me is a news and current affairs journalist, and I have a daily Current Affairs Programme on Greek Public Radio, ERT. I always squeeze in some classical music. My other half , radiowise inactive now, is a producer-preventer of Classical music. For two years I hosted a morning show on Radio3, which is ERT's Classical Channel. Your Orchestra was, and still is one of my favorites, and loved by our listeners. It's clarity of sound, and simplicity of its interpretation clarity, always brings intense feelings to me. This Sammartini Concerto is amazing.
Wie schön, das Sammartinikonzert. Wunderbar anzuhören, BBO und Solistin. Wahrlich großartig musiziert. Die Sopranflöte gefällt mir sehr gut. Weich im Klang, trotzdem präsent. Wunderbare Verzierungen der Solistin. Dankeschön❤
The dreaded descant/soprano recorder actually is a delightful instrument. As a Middle School music teacher, I always make kids listening to this concerto before they pick up the recorder - I don't pretend they'd all ever reach this level of technical proficiency, but it's just to show them how the instrument should sound like.
Lively and articulate performance seems to fill the church with a good spirit. Acoustically, it fills the space with a natural balance that comes with original instrumentation and ensemble. We ofcouse witness this through an array of well-placed 🎤's, but we can also recall this in person.
Dear Bremen Town Musicians, they play brilliantly and the desire to make music shines through their eyes. And now you have this exceptional flutist who suits you perfectly. Thank you!
😊. Je regarde maintenant cet instrument autrement. Merci à l'interprète. Quelle profondeur à cette interprétation !
Just hoping it's out on CD (not exactly a technophob, but my playing equipment is old but works beautifully, giving me lovely sound, and i have a walking cd player (helped me through both lockdowns in Highlands and Islands of Scotland, my go to sound was Bo Hanson, Hildegard von Bingen, Vivaldi, Bach, and any other Early Music CD i had). Thank you fir the beauty, simplicity of setting and the deceptively easy to listen to music. I am so very lucky and blessed to have such talented musicians on UA-cam. Keep up the fantastic work. Kudos to you all ⭐⭐⭐👏👏👏
Thank you, and yes, the recording is also available on CD! You can find it in many online shops, amazon, jpc.. etc. Just look for: "And Every Little Star" with Clara Guldberg Ravn. Then you will find it for sure ❤️ Here are a few ways to listen, too: lnk.to/rtq2FFcV
So enjoying this, every instrument is clear, and the recorder is beautifully played. Wish I'd known about this composition just to prover to my senior school "music teacher" that the recorder is a classical instrument and worthy to he played as a chosen instrument for all levels of examination. Thank you for this enchanting concert. 👏👏👏⭐⭐⭐
These people in the Baroque era really knew how to live. Life was harsh, brutish and short. The solution was to escape to religion and God and beautiful music.

Thank you Bremer, Giuseppe would have applauded this performance ❤

I like the way she plays and the way she smiles
One of the best Baroque concertos in the entire Baroque repertoire. Sammartini made every bar of music enticing.

Thank you so much 🙏
Fantastic !! Such a fresh & beautiful interpretation by soloist 👏
Extra bravo to continuo section 🙏

One of the best interpretations I ever heard. Thanks for this!
A master!!! I believe Sammartini would have been in tears if he had been alive to hear this. What beauty and clarity of purpose.
Such a wonderful way to wake up today, listening to this.
Beautiful! You never settle for less! Clara Guldberg Ravn is an amazing soloist!

I could have said this better but I couldn't find my emoji bar. What wonderful music!.
Ausgezeichnet!

So so so amazing Bremer! Congrats Clara beautiful performance! Greetings from Argentina ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Grazie.
Thank you, thank you!! ❤️
I have come back again today to partake in this beautiful performance........❤
