I took the new terramax RT tires on the freeway and into the dirt. Best off road tire I've had so far! If you find these videos helpful please LIKE and I'll keep posting!
Thanks! I've had ko2 on previous trucks and liked them. Never tried them on the F350. I've heard they don't last long at all on the heavy hd trucks. I wanted to try the KO3 out but they won't be available until the fall at the earliest. I couldn't wait that long. If you can get a hot deal on these terramax RT like I did, I'd do it.
I’m debating getting these tires but I’ve heard people say that the tread width tend to run narrower than most tires have you ever noticed that because if it’s something that’s not really noticeable I want to get these tires for the price range.
I had the same concern! I think I saw the same video, claiming that the 12.5" wides only had a 9" tread width. This may vary by size. The shop I got mine from brought a set of 35x12.50x20 in for me to see in person and I can assure you these had at least the same or even wider tread patch than my maxxis razr AT in the same size did. Edge to edge on the shoulder lugs is about 10.5 inches. Some other tires I was considering like the toyo at3 and copper rugged trek might be a touch more "square" on the corners and maybe have closer to 11 inches. I hope that helps! Thanks for watching.
@@alfredibarra8526 still very happy. There is some noise but no worse than a decently aggressive all terrain. For how beefy they look, very negligible. Not like an MT or anything.
Very important to me! I'm in the vancouver area and we get a lot of rain. So far they have been great. But they're new, it's summer and still lots of siping, once they wear down a bit, we'll see. My Maxxis RAZR AT were good in the wet for the first year but I noticed a lot of spinning out after that. Never had hydroplane issues with either one. Both are better than the Nitto exo grapplers in the rain.
Thanks for the content. Just ordered a set of 33x12.5r20s to replace MT
I like the short and direct content. Make some more and build your library.
I’ve always been a BFGoodrich Ko2 guy but this might convince me to switch. I like the review keep it up!
