- FLY TO FLORIDA WITH US! Join me and Laura as we fly to Orlando Florida with Aer Lingus from Manchester Terminal 2 on flight EI35 on the Airbus A330-330 aircraft!
We show our full Journey, starting with Manchester Terminal 2, giving some tips and pointers and showing what food and restaurant options there are in Terminal 2. We have a wonderful breakfast in San Carlo restaurant, watching the planes go by with a view of the runway and Gluten free options for Laura. We then board our Aer Lingus Airbus A330-300 Aircraft, where we have extra legroom seats on the emergency exits. We were very impressed with the service and the food on board was fantastic! The entertainment, movies and TV onboard were also brilliant with a very wide selection available!
After a pleasant 8 hour 50 minute flight we touch down at Orlando International Airport Terminal C. After collecting our luggage and clearing USA immigration we head to pick up our rental car. After picking up our Alamo Hire Car, we head straight to Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Disney World to get back into the magic! We ride Tower or Terror and also Star Wars Rise of the Resistance., whilst also enjoying a Starbucks for an energy boost!

I use to like flying with tui when they flew to sandford. Very quiet airport. I also have a New York trip booked with tui but they are using aer lingus. Cant wait!!

We have flown business on several airlines including Aer Lingus to Orlando . We really enjoyed them. Would always fly business on long haul .

@@dman3448 Andrew only paid £480 for his extra leg room seat so an extra 600 to make it £1080 is very cheap for a first class flight , virgin and Ba charge that for premium economy

We go straight to the parks, funnily enough we hit Hollywood studios and get on rise and tower of terror for the best start to the holiday you can, last time we managed to get both of them on a walk on was insane

Hand luggage only is great (especially in the new terminal) if like you said you do your washing on some hotel rest times then its perfect and no washing when you get back either
Check for business on your way home, we pay luxury tax in the uk so in essence that seat would of been around £400, I got told by virgin always check for on the way home 👌🏽
Get to Walgreens and buy a sunpass and then you have it all the time as it’s yours to keep and top up before you head over

Ive flown many many times in my life time and i always have to have sweets that make my mouth water i hate having a dry mouth on the plane, always trigger my motion illness... so star burst, moams, skittles etc...
You can get the app for the Florida toll pass here in the UK before you go then just use the QR code they send you to get your pass at the airport. We just let Alamo bill us when we were in Florida in January going through the eze-pass toll. We have just flown in and out of Chicago and we went to the eze-pass lane there assuming we would get billed but they have a barrier in Illinois it finally lifted and let us through but we have received a bill for the toll of $1.90 plus a fine of $25 we used the cash lanes after that one clearly there you have to be registered for eze-pass in Illinois to use it, so every state is different as we drove out of Alamo she did say do you want a toll pass and we thought it would be like Florida lesson learned need to check next time.
we have been here since 8th June at windsor hills and its been brilliant. My only issue was the Virgin Villa and being a wally by not trying on my pair of Hokas which didnt fit, they must be small made. It did remind me of you walking about the parks with the wrong size shoe, lol

We have been in August a few times, very hot & humid but also a lot of rain. Downpours used to last only about 10 mins but can go on for few hours these days meaning park rides may be suspended !!

My daughter loves sour cream Pringles, but she won’t eat them on a flight because they smell weird on a plane apparently!
@mickevs it's because our sense of taste and smell changes at high altitude food has to be a bit overseasoned to make up for it

Be aware… The new lightning lane system is NOT available to buy outside of America so UK guests must wait until they arrive on US soil to book 😢 Not even a VPN can help with the app so waiting for someone to come up with a valid cheat!!

Aer Lingus by far the best airline to travel to Florida these days !
Business class would be amazing for the return journey so you might get some sleep. We didn’t get a wink of sleep returning last year, couldn’t get comfortable and noisy people around us. If you have to fly in school holidays the flights are crazy prices - last quote I had for Virgin at Easter was £2000 each. So if I were able to travel out of school holidays, I would definitely consider upgrading just for the return journey.

An idea for the vids- To see you two get into pin trading! Disney have recently brought back cast member lanyard pins and boards more now so it's a great time to get into it. Many viewers also love pin trading so would keep them coming to see how your collection changes. Disney accept only Disney pins so even a cheaper disney starter set from walmart for you each would be a great start. You could document your interactions and what you traded for! It's a free activity that gets people hooked and can be done at a leisurely pace not just in parks but at resorts too! Enjoy the trip :)

I’ve been flying a dozen times a year for donkeys years and never realised you can see the gate early via Google.
Shame they don’t take the money and upgrade cheaper when there’s all the empty seats. Why the airline would leave all that money on the table, I have no idea.
I’ve been wary of the MAN-MCO Aer Lingus due to all the cancellations. The food looks better than the junk I’ve had recently served up by Virgin (last year the worst plane meal I’ve ever had with them) and BA.

The best way is to go in a straight line and sail across the Atlantic from Tenerife to Florida. You have gone up in the World 2000 miles to go back down again
