I like the north Florida house,perfect.
That $125K house in Marianna was just bought for $54K in Jan this year. Knowing this, I wouldn't offer him anywhere near his asking price. Plus it is a gut job. It is likely worth $75K tops in its current state.
The material on the decks looked like trex tyvec is a house wrap material that lets the walls breath nice job very professional ty
