Guys, this was the 80’s. I know it seems absolutely bonkers but without using cellphones the world is pretty different. And yes I know Motorola released a mobile phone in 1973, but nothing like now.
I actually used to do that all the time until middle school. I'd go from street address to and literally end with "New York State, Blank City". It's because they used to teach us as kids that if you're lost just tell someone where you're from
Solar Brazy I think it’s because life is so linear for most people, they can’t believe the shit some people lived through. It’s understandable when you think about the fact that most people wake up go work a 9-5, go home, eat dinner, watch t.v, go to bed. Maybe they’ll go to a bar with their friends on the weekend but that’s about it. Retired at 65.
"THERE'S 3 DICKS" lmao. I love listening to Joe and Joey trade stories...Joey Díaz is fu#*ing hilarious! (They both are). I really appreciate Joey's honesty...it makes him so easy to relate to.
Geeeze this Joey Diaz is no question the greatest story teller alive. Please write a book I'll be the first to order. Your life is like 50 other lives in one.
That house sitting job is a DREAM job. $800 a month in the 80s is equal to $1944 today. It's like $485 a week today. With no rent. I'd get a car for $400 a month payment. And that would be a awsome car.
I’m from Philly. A Nor’easter will cripple the city for days. I lived in Colorado for 2 years and experience snow blizzard that made nor’easters look like flurries 🤣. Craziest thing of all was how efficient the Plows were though. Joey is 100% right on this they were next level
I lived in a mining town in northern Labrador Canada and roads are cleared by 5:30 no matter how much snow sometimes up to 7-8 foot so people could get to worl
Yeah. Here in NYC we've had our fair share of mishandled snow storms. Up the block from me they found the guy that was supposed to be plowing, sleeping in a parked spot. That launched a citywide overhaul which included Tracking systems in every sanitation truck. But it's still not perfect.
“Did i ever tell you i was a volunteer fireman?....because ...alright so, coke was 1800 an ounce”
sounds like the start of an epic joey Diaz story
🤣🤣🤣
Was about to say the same thing lol
2:45
Bro I saw this comment before watching and thought you were making a joke, and then I heard uncle Joey say it for real
God help us all 😂
"Dawg did i ever tell you I was a volunteer fireman". The book that never ends 😂😂😂
Honestly I'm impressed how Joe and Joey have known each other so long and Joey still has new stories to tell him haha.
He makes them up

This man really remembers every street he’s ever lived on
You got to for background checks

@Triple6 damn man I envy that haha I’m only 19 but I can barely remember a thing about my childhood. Only significant memories here and there
I remember everyone as well
It's called photographic memory, I have the same thing
I like how he lowers his voice when he says something incriminating as if it makes a difference
Physiologically it probably does lol, the man’s a unknowing master of conversation!

Sure, any idiot can make up a story, but telling a good story now THAT’S an art form. True or not Joey can tell a story.

I would pay for books on tapes if narration is done by joey
