- This month marks 10 years since I first owned a copy of this game. I knew this playing would take longer than Word Detective (and granted it ended up being shorter than I thought) well at least I will know what I'm in for when I do my play-a-versary special in August....
I anticipate my 1100 subscribers special to be happening soon like within the next two days.....

I could never figure out why games like this meant for learning were so fun or why nobody tries to make fun educational games anymore.
Like most adults probably did enjoy these as children and even now, want to play them as adults so clearly there is a market for making educational games enjoyable for both adults and children.
This computer game made after school chill sessions way better.
The word problems are a personal favorite of mine, they add so much to the locations and characters just know what they do and all

Hiii i would just like to say that this is my favorite comfort video on youtube right now. I put it on nights when I want to relax and get to sleep in a good mood.
I had a copy of math detective when I was very little, but I was unable to solve any of the problems because I wasn’t in school yet, and the game would crash after the first two vile lairs I would explore. I remember playing it with my younger brothers and clicking random numbers on every question until something would work. Finding out this game is around 3 hours long is amazing to me as I only ever got to see the first 15-30 minutes of it. I’m eternally grateful for your work, playing this an uploading it, as I no longer have access to my disk anymore or a computer that can run it and finally getting to see the rest of this game has been so fun for me now as an adult. i always remembered it as this really creepy game that would never work past a certain point, so being able to revisit it is so so cathartic for me. I’ve been finding a a huge interest in a lot of old edutainment games I had as a kid, and I’m so thankful I can find full playthroughs like this here on youtube :’) I apologize if I’m rambling, I have been wanting to leave a nice comment on this video for a while now, but I usually watch it in short chunks before bed and figured I’d do this now before I forget. Thank you

3:14:33 - WTF?! A velociraptor skeleton coming to life?! Sure, supernatural beings have appeared in the franchise multiple times (including this game), but there's no explanation for the skeleton.

Dang, this is over three hours worth.
yeah like I said in the description, I knew it would be longer than word detective but I didn't think it would be that long (heck I thought it would end up being over 5 hours long, it sure felt like it when I played)
