Good morning sir ji Sir we purchased a flat this year in greater mohali area in which we paid half of amount to builder and half to land owner where the building is constructed Now builder has almost completed his work but he has to pay certain amount to land owner as per their JV and he has been giving us dates and dates for registery of flat from past 3 months Now land owner is presurrising us that if he will not pay amount i will sell that flat to another person These flat doesn't come under rera as well Sir now what can be done in order to get that flat registered in our name
Sir, I have a question. Recently I have bought a plot and lawyer is saying that there will be no mutation of that property because property is very old which was bought lastly in 1978. Please guide

Now I want to know that Now coming 10 to 15 years which field will Grow 1.Agriculture lands 2.Non Agriculture land 3. Ready Constructed Commercial buildings. 4.Resorts lands 5 Industrial lands 6.
