Excellent thought 👍 im not sure but it seems to be, as gradients would not be picked properly when valves are rocking. Rocking itself is malfunctioning as well. I will try to find out the exact answer.

Its probable arvc, Main finding is regional RV wall motion abnormality, dilated RV which is one of the 5 major criteria. For complete dx of ARVC task force criteria should be met
