I still miss Johnny and June. In fact Johnny Cash is the one that made me fall in love with country music. I have his songs on my phone and listen to them often.
One of the best Christmas shows I've ever seen. Cash had so much fun on this show and was so proud to recognize and promote his fellow musicians that were also stars in their own right. God bless them all , I miss them so much. Country music is not the same without them. God bless them and how they entertained us all and shared their faith.

being Air force retired I loved seeing Johnny in the USAF uniform. Even though I was RCAF (100 yrs old this 2024) the first airplane I'd fly on was USAF Convair 540, invited aboard by USAF (Norad) General. I was 17 and served caviar -- I had no idea what it was, but was told 'try it you'll like it'. Once off the plane, I thought this Air Force thing isn't so bad. I wish Johnny Cash was still flying with us. (PS I'm 75!)
I was 13 years old at that time I remember thease great singers but what broke my heart is when Elvis presley passed away on August 16 1977 two days after my 13 birthday 😢❤❤❤ I'll always love his music

Johnny and the Statler Bros were always part of my life. I got to see them in concert, it was amazing. Those were such good times.
