My vacuum stopped working 😩 I have this exact vacuum. Store won’t replace it. I can’t seem to find what the issue is 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩. It’s well maintained and clean 😩😩😩😩.

Turn it on,flip it on its side and make sure the brush is rolling..its possible the belt slipped off..
I unscrew everything and now I add up with 2 extra screws 😅

This just happened to mine. The brush assembly is very poorly designed.. After using it for about two years the plastic end caps on the brush start melting from the friction when it spins. it effectively friction welds the brush up solid. I had to order a new brush assembly in order to fix it. the entire assembly was only 15$. I love this vacuum but it definitely wasn't designed to last
While changing the belt a metal rectangle piece with an A on it fell off from not sure where? Any one know? Looks lime it slips onto something
I took my bussing 2190 power force helix turbo apart to clean. I had a new belt I just got but when I tried turning the brush roll it wont

Great video. I found if very useful. A couple of corrections: The proper pronunciation of the word button is not but in. It is pronounced like baaaa tin. The word "the" is pronounced like thee when the following word starts with a vowel, like thee apple, the fork, thee echo the ball, thee igloo, the girl, thee oven.

Wow I wish that I never purchased this piece of garbage, earlier today. I thought it was sucking up dirt, but when I went into a slightly dirtier room, I discovered, all that it was truly doing. It only blows dirt and dust away as if it were a hairdryer. That room is my bedroom, and is my cats favorite room. There is dirt, dust, & cat dander in the air everywhere now. I have some slight breathing difficulty, but nothing serious as long as I vacuum well, but this has made it very difficult to breath. Even though there is an option on the vacuum for bare floors, and I was using it, one of your chat hacks, was trying to tell me the reason it was blowing dust, was because it only works on carpets and upholstery. I even sent him a picture of the knob wt the bare floor option, and he just kept repeating the same thing, as if he was an automaton. Everything is connected properly including the dirt cup, yet for some reason there is no dirt in the cup. It is on my walls, my furniture, and in the air though. Still not sure where my cat and I, are going to sleep tonight,. It certainly can't be here, because I have to let the room air out. This was my first and will be my last Bissel vacuum.
Hi James - it sounds like a vacuum with a brush on/off switch would work better for your hard floors and help prevent any scattering of debris. I had this happen to me when I first got it. I realized after that the hose wasn't connected to the open holes, so I would vacuum and the dirt would come flying out
