So one is a jack of all triads master of none, the second is that wild girl your parents probably warned you about but go out with anyway, the third belongs in a funtage with speed metal blaring in the background, and the fourth is a weapon for the soulless angel of death. Very nice choices, good video Rob.

Ahhhh I'm so glad people noticed the Top Gear similarities-I love that show! After I made the first Assault Rifle video, I realized I could push it more towards a Top Gear vibe.

Getting weirdly introspective now suddenly feels like the only way to review Titanfall 2 guns, but wouldn't work at all when reviewing the guns in any other game. Great video man.

I wished I'd come across this video when it first came out cause I got some words about the volt, I know back in the day this gun was the best. But to say it has no soul was...incorrect, see the about the volt is you gotta dig deep you dont feel it physically but you definitely hear it everytime you pull that trigger. You may think the volt doesnt have a soul, but the volt it copies the soul of the pilot wielding it with time and molds to you as if it was the only thing that belonged in your hands
I feel like with the Volt since you combine all the SMGs you get a little bit of everything, which is what I like

remember with the alternator and with most smgs u dont always need much to be negative or master the gun if it has high recoil, cause u will almost always get a kill if u spray

The alternator works incredibly when you one-tap. Unless you are at close range that is. One-tapping with it takes some practice but it can let you kill people at quite long ranges when you have amped weapons.

2:04 correction the car does have something unique it can accurately hipfire hence the controlled recoil.

The Alternator while tap firing can easily beat R201s, and Volts. Just tap fire it outside close range and it will shred. That's what Gamesager does and look at his Alternator game plays
you definetly could write the texts for Top Gear. :) would love to hear your opinion on a new Ghost in a shell shooter. the have an interesting composition of guns.

iBluairJgR this video reminded me of the episode when Clarkson deemed a new maseratti a dying breed due to the "war on speed" in uk. :) but cutting the onions? awesome! yep. the GTS: first assault.
My all-time favorite weapon in this game is the R-97. And it was even my favorite weapon before it was buffed twice, so imagine how happy I was when it got buffed the first time, and then again later.
LOL yeah I feel you. I'm surprised they gave it such a boost but I know all the users of it aren't complaining ;p
The music that was played when talking about the volt made me cry. It’s a sad moment in titan fall when you realize that the gun you’ve been using since you could afford it, is being considered OP and people look down on you for using it. Of course, this moment has already passed for me, but there are still some players who are hanging on. The saddest part of all is that almost every Titanfall 2 gamer has experienced this.

i just got hit in the feels from a game that prides itself on mercilessly crushing ppl into red mist..
for the CAR I always know when to reload even when mid way through a fight, I just press the reload button at the exact moment the enemy dies.

Your entire piece on the Volt is a work of god damned art. You convey a feeling all of us know yet few would be able to articulate so well, you do so seriously, even more impressive given "comedy" is basically in your name, and you match the music up PERFECTLY.
I admit to being an audiophile who finds sound and music to be the most impactful elements of most games, so I'm biased, but fuck it. You...I don't know how you did it, but you spoke to something deep that only gamers could understand with that review of that weapon. Articulation, presentation....it's the kind of memorable that crops up when I think

I like to use the Alternator because it's TTK is so fast in close range, u just spray the bullets in someone's head and he's dead within a quarter of a second.

my god you can make a man cry, that ending was just perfect. to fix the alternator they need to figure out its purpose. its thrown in there as a energy weapon so why not use that as its soul, no range drop but projectiles slow the farther they go out or have them splinter. they can have the option of burst damage or high rate of fire which slows over time till the magazine empties then has a short recharge instead of a reload.
Ha I've succeeded in my goal! But yeah they could have done some interesting things with the Volt. It does have a slightly unique recoil pattern (it's up and to the left or right) but it's hardly noticeable unless your ADS and unloading a full magazine.

Ha no problem. They actually nerfed it's damage in the most recent patch. I'm gona assume they brought its damage down by a point or two. I think their updates are serverside though so I'm not sure if anyone will be able to pull exact numbers. I honestly can't stand when Devs don't put up actual numbers for their buffs and nerfs!!!

Titanfall Legends just recently posted a video stating that they are looking for more creators to give the channel more content as well as grow the personal channels of the creators. I definetly think that you should partner with them. It'd be a great way to get some recognition in the Titanfall community, and, well, you're a funny guy and great content producer, and I think you'll fit right in. I only subscribed to you a few weeks ago, but man do you deserve more credit. I know a lot of people say that, but you seriously push out some of, if not the best, Titanfall 2 content I've seen. What game mode is that when using the alternator? I know some modes have bots, but I didn't see a single enemy player that whole time.
Ahh you can start private matches without anyone else in the match with you. I record most of the demonstration footage in Bounty Hunt Private matches.
The volt...still a better love story than titanic
I'm pretty sure that the Volt was inspired by the Pulse Rifle from Aliens. They're both electrically-cycled firearms and the bit on the front of the Volt's magwell looks suspiciously familiar.
