Pokémon Platinum any% Tall Grass Skip

This minor skip saves about 6 seconds for RTA and TAS. It uses the tweaking glitch to overwrite the tall grass with mostly walkable tiles.

What are the steps of the second twerking? (the one you do inside the void).
It looks like 34242 but you do it one box before the horizontal load line, right?
And is it normal that my game gets stuck when going up the ramp? (I have to skirt the grass on the left so it doesn't hang on me)

The original tweaks already skipped psyduck, but you had to menu and get off bike for the tall grass, that's now skipped too.
