Some of these places are horrible!
Honestly when the landlords look back at their furniture and feel sad I’d actually NEVER want to use any of those things again anyway. Gross!
yea i think that’s the reason they looks sad…
People use furniture in hotel & resorts rooms & sleep in their beds used by thousands of people they don’t want to think thats gross cos will ruin their holidays 😂
@@BekindloveisI always put a towel down hahahahaha but yea well said.
Antony didn't realize that an estate agent would know how to play the system to prolong the process and get more months rent-free.
The British government should do more to enact legislation to penalise tenants who are obviously playing the system by not paying rent & getting enough notice to move out & not pay rent for longer periods of time this case in point r
This woman estate agent how can she not know how to scam the system & she did it. Is there a registry that landlords can find out if a tenant had legal action taken against them for non payment of rent? To avoid renting to another scammer. The very least the tenant should be be forced to be present on moving out day so any damage to property they will be made to pay else face jail time for destruction of private property all these are honestly just common sense! 😮
It's a civil matter, not a criminal one.
It's an investment. Investments have risks involved. When you're not willing to socialise the profits, then don't expect the public to pick up the loss.
That is horrible! Those houses should be condemned!
Those mini-bungalows look pretty great for 550. I'd probably pay 900 for one of those.
The last, she said she worked in real estate, found out where she works and hound her at her place of work, speak to her boss, this is the last thing they want, also go on line to bring her down..
I Love watching these
I like Mikaya, shes tough!
What is the taxation department doing while this is going os?
Don't leave or use your own furniture at a rental property! It could have been worse.
What if i break into a ikea and claim i live there, they cant throw me out then?
That two bed flat was not so terrible. I’ve seen way worse that tenants have done. I get the guy is upset because he’s also got to explain it all to his ex
Those mini bungalows are actually pretty nice. I would rather live there than on the street. The owners sister is a nutcase though and I bet she is nasty to the tenants. The property manager and landlord should be ashamed of themselves for lack of maintenance over the years 37:00
I’ve seen worse in this series.
Am I the only one getting ads in different language?
If you pay premium UA-cam you don't get any adverts at all, and it's worth it.
@@user-bj3jn1sq7y No it isn't, an adblocker is free and does the exact same thing.
I pay for UA-cam Premium because I really hate ads interrupting the program.
Holy bots…
On mobile use brave, and on desktop laptop or pc, use same browser or get add-ons to fix that (I can't specify because this comment will get shadow-banned otherwise ^^; )
People are discusting!!! No other animal lives in this condision! My cat and my dog is cleaner and have more dignety!
“…disgusting…”
“…condition…”
“…dignity…”
English not your strong point, is it?
Oh, and “are cleaner.”

Will things get better now that Labour is "in charge" ... 🤔
I don't think so a lot of where these places that are shown are Labour run council
Last Govt created all this mess.
This is not UK, it looks like Pakistan & Bangladesh
Not until you send all of the migrant squatters back
@@mingzhumassage7646 and what's worse is that the ones in local government are like the dark one in this documentary.
Running around with a chip on her shoulder.
See the way she talks to people?
I kinda feel bad for the lady with 8 units ... Why is the government so pressed on policing stuff like that when it gives homeless people or unfortunate people somewhere to live even if it is small .. they would rather someone be homeless or push people into squatting rather than let them live somewhere peacefully
It’s not like she is letting them live there for free and the conditions on top of that is disgusting so I’m glad they don’t allow people like her to take advantage!
Because those bungalows out back? Deathtraps. And 550 quid? Hah. Yeah she's doing it out of the kindness of her heart. Probably not declaring it as income either.
@@gfimadcat Absolutely! Plus never got building permission.
Tiny homes are a great idea if planned properly for safety.
@@user-bj3jn1sq7y Building permission is serf terminology.
You either own your land or you don't. The government should have zero say.
The government should provide affordable housing. Then they can point fingers. Give people another option except homelessness.
I feel for the Afghani families. That property was well below standard but you could see they were trying to keep it as clean as possible.
If they were trying at all, they'd fix it themselves. Those folks were exploiting the situation, so no compassion because at the other end of the line, different people were having problems.
