Have been interested in light therapy for some time but never really looked at anything sound based until recently when i somehow ended up on one of your videos and have watched them all quite a bit over the past few weeks now, especially the "sound and breath to reset the nervous system ✨ (30 min) video" Definitely something i am looking to explore more of in future. Can you tell me which note the large green bowl is please. (back left as you look at the video)

Also I'm wearing headphones and can you please whisper loudly as possible as you can instead of speaking loudly sometimes its too loud voice and as I'm going through rough period of time any loud noises especially humanly giving me stress 😢 please don't mind me I didn't mean to be rude!
