Thank you, I watch a person with neurological issues shaking terribly, have ultrasound “surgery” in his brain. The shaking stopped, surgery successful. vibration is energy, “science” waking up to the reality we know exists.

i understand this story because it is mine, too! meditation can be a pitfall for those who are already prone to leaving the body (seeking safety outside ourselves or attuning to others instead of ourselves). but this can also be a superpower if it's understood and integrated! it's important to balance grounding tools with your ability to play in the astral! the wound is the place the light hits you

That's something you can personally only fix with a premium plan for youtube. This is her business - she needs to monetize to an extent so she can earn a living. It's not very fair to put that on her. There's only so much she can do. I encourage you to find others methods of utilizing this peaceful space without making this her responsibility.

that's ok, they can be confronting or challenging! i would invite you to notice what's coming up and follow the feelings as they arise in the body. deep breaths. nothing is wrong with you, but maybe something is trying to make itself known to you through the discomfort

i get your need for ads, but I think it would be much better to place it in the beginning/end, or even in between the different sections of the video instead of right during the more meditative parts. Besides that I loved the energy and this was so well needed

You are absolutely not safe if your body is setting off alarm bells it’s because you’re supposed to be doing something about it. Not doing something about it and then deciding to ignore that alarm bell and just tell yourself, you’re OK is going to screw up your awareness of your alarm bells. It won’t be long until your body is using it countrywide test of the emergency broadcast signal and you’re going to sit here thinking everything’s fine. ❤ tune into your reality and do something about it. Don’t ignore it.😮
