If you want to make $$$ on youtube you have to have ads. My recommendation would be for people to get premium if they use it a lot for meditative-type things. It has been worth it for me and it is also a tax deduction as I use it during my work as well. Your healing is wonderful and you deserve to make money doing it 💜
I had beautiful synchronized sounds from my environment during the heights of the experience, (a plane flying loudly overhead) followed by the re-experiencing a brief but harrowing moment of my life, but then received clarity about its purpose, followed by calm and rumbles of thunder from outside my window. 😮 a very powerful cleanse! And I’m feeling a bit sick, so a perfect time to release heavy feelings. I felt so much better after the guided breathing!

So i began to get into it, really imagining the crown and out the feet and when you said something along the lines of "see where it take you" with my eyes closed i felt what was like a finger snap with an electrical sound in my head and i saw this electricity, it was so intense i threw my headphones and opened my eyes and now im so curious as to what was happening or if i had not gotten scared if something good could've been happening. Its was such a sudden shock and ive never seen something so vivid with my eyes closed or felt anything similar. I cant say i felt good about it at the moment though. Anyone who is well learned in breathing techniques and meditation have any idea what may have happened?
